Negative experience: تعامل سئ جدا لا يوجد تنظيم في الحمله ولا يوجد احد مسؤول لحل المشاكل والتنسيق أثناء الرحله الباص قديم جدا ومتعب المتوقع ان تستغرق الرحله ٢٠ ساعه ولكن استغرقت ٣٠ ساعه والفندق سئ جدا لا يوجد نظافه بالمره وغير صحي لايوجد تهويه وتم إعلامنا في نفس الوقت بوجود رحله لزيارة المعالم الاثريه من المفترض اخبارنا قبلها بوقت كاف للتحضير لها فعلا تجربه سيئه جدا

Negative experience: حملة التروية - الفندق يختلف عن ما تم الاتفاق عليه السواقين غير متعاونين. تم اعلامنا انه كل شخص مسموح له ب10 لتر من ماء زمزم وفقا لقوانين المنفذ.. وتفاجئنا بكم هائل من ماء زمزم في الباص مخصص للحملة
