Negative experience: Worst customer service… The staff doesn’t know the basic ethics of service and very rude. We booked tickets for AI Express and cancelled it, the vouchers were sent from AI to this branch through mail but no one informed us. Later we visited the AI office only to know that they had sent it through mail to Deenar. When we went then to inquire they say that their mail is not working any more.. Will never to business with them..

Negative experience: Hi i book flight on 11 oct airarabia with include meal and you charge me also but when traivel i got only 1 aed (500ml) 1 water bottel. It means you book only water. and you block me on ehatsup also
