Negative experience: One of the worst services that I had on booking hotels online . After purchasing a hotel booking and payment done , they sent me a mail me mentioning that I have to relocation due to fact that hotel is fully booked .then I selected to relocate but after arrival to a relocating hotel , I found it less grade and very cheap in the term of paid money . Calling the customer services did not solve problem and refused to reallocate me to anther hotel nor refund the payment . Take guys

Negative experience: Ich würde nicht erneut mit Etihad Holidays buchen. Unsere Reise findet zwar erst noch statt, aber allein die Planung finde ich absolut kundenunfreundlich. Wir haben eine Reise nach Abu Dhabi gebucht in der ein Tagesausflug nach Dubai sowie eine Schifffahrt in Abu Dhabi inkludiert sind. Leider kann mir auch nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen niemand mitteilen, wann diese Ausflüge stattfinden werden. "Das werden Sie erst vor Ort erfahren". Ich bin allerdings insgesamt 7 Tage vor Ort und möchte doch die anderen 5 Tage, an denen keine Ausflüge stattfinden, für mich planen und organisieren. Auch möchte mir niemand die Kontaktdaten meiner Ansprechperson vor Ort geben. Ganz schlechter Service! Edit: Auch eine Woche vorab konnte man mir trotz der Antwort auf meine Rezension nicht mitteilen, wann meine Ausflüge stattfinden.

Fantastic experience: Wir haben kurzfristig einen Urlaub in Fujairah gebucht. Es hat alles super geklappt und das Reisebüro war uns auch noch bei der Reservierung/Buchung unserer Sitzplätze im Flugzeug behilflich. Ein unkomplizierter Kontakt mit einem freundlichen Team, sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Vielen Dank!

Negative experience: Buchen Sie lieber wo anders! Finger weg!!! Ich habe im Juli 23 eine Reise für Dez 23 nach Abu Dhabi gebucht. Plötzlich wurde der Flug um 3 Tage vorverlegt, so dass ich die ursprünglich gebuchte Reise nicht mehr antreten konnte. Reise wurde daher kostenlos storniert. Meine bereits geleistete Anzahlung habe ich nach 3 E-Mails sowie 4 telefonischen Aufforderung bis heute nicht zurück erhalten. Das grenzt schon an Betrug....

Negative experience: Worst service. It’s a scam. We have booked a hotel via Etihad Airways Stopover program and received a confirmation through email from Etihad Holidays. Upon arrival in Abu Dhabi and tried to check in we were told that Etihad Holidays has cancelled our booking without even informing us . No email was sent with regard to the cancellation. Imagine having been told that our booking was cancelled in the middle of the night. We had to look for other hotels pass midnight. They don’t deserve any star. If your flight is entitled for stopover in Abu Dhabi with complimentary hotel, I would suggest you confirm before departure . What a scam
Negative experience: We had reserved a hotel through Etihad Holidays in Fujairah, but they didn't make the booking at hotel and we had to wait tow hours in reception until they figured the issue out, and later hotel management asked us to check out cause Etihad holidays refused to transfer money to the hotel even after we checked in! Even when we called AUH office (Mahmoud) unfriendly...they didn't help!

Negative experience: This is the most inefficient team, specifically when it comes to refund,. We need to really beg for our money. And each time we get the response saying that it is in process, and finance team is looking into it" It has been nearly 4 months and still the finance team has not sorted out and processed the refund. It was a big mistake to choose Etihad holidays, and unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to health issues. However, I would recommend everyone, choose Etihad holidays only if you are 200% sure about your trip. Or if you can spare regular time to call and beg for your refund.
Negative experience: The refund take 45 to 60 days which is ridiculous!!!! The cancellation request take 24 hours ♂️!!! Don't think of booking hotel throw them even if you find a better price !
Negative experience: Terrible customer service esp when it comes to refunds. Please think 101 times before you book with them. They will not process anything logically in case you need refunds etc.

Negative experience: 2019 October 16. I was in Abudhabi. I used the Abudhabi Free stop over program. This is a program to provide two day free hotel room to traveler. I book one hotel after confirmation with etihad holiday one staff on the phone. But I paid. Frustrated. I informed etihad holiday staff 16 October. He told me after check then he call me. But no response. Again frustrated. I sent email again and had conversation with another staff. I explained it again. He said he will check thi with previous staff. This time how much long should I wait I hope they understand what I experienced with confusing staff's answer. Through this program I spent lots of mony in UAE. But for me the embarrased feeling and spoiled travel with my wife, future baby and mother in raw on her birth day celebration. I will report this case to Abudhai travel administration department and cityhall. So I thibk this is enough experience to give one star for this company. P.S There is high cost bill of mobile phone comes to me for discussing this matter with the company by roam service not to disappoint my family. Still I am calling international phonecall to discuss this matter. Maybe this might be the last trip to UAE and with ethihad airline with another reason , this airline food is poor.
