Negative experience: I went to the branch in Abu Dhabi twofour54, met with representative Gina. I took a good 15 minutes to explain my travel requirements after that she threw me by saying she ll get back to me by email. After 2 days she sent me an email with a trip for South of India. I have requested trips for Thailand , south and north of india. She only got back to me with south of India. I send her an email reminding her my request and now one week later and no answer. Im very desappointed with this customer service and hope the management makes a big change as there are losing business due to lazy and lousy employees. I had to book a trip with Cozmo travel instead. So it was a big loss for Al Jaraf.
