Negative experience: Worst experience in my life, booked for Korfakkan & Hanging Garden but didn’t visited the hanging garden and when we tried to reach the travel agency there were no response and when we called them from drivers phone a lady picked the call and literally shouted at us in very bad manner. They ruined 20 people’s whole day I will never recommend this company, very poor tour plan coordination which is their work, they just don’t know their job.

Negative experience: I just booked for umrah request room for 2 pack I got a room for 3 I paid for 2 such a cheap service they have I don't suggest anyone to book with them bus from Makkah to madina no AC same as from Madina to dubai bus no Ac we asked a driver he's giving such a rude answers like they are giving free umrah package it's not worth doing booking with them for any occasion

Negative experience: Worst trip in my entire life. Not deserving a single star. No proper coordination and planing from management side. Ruined our whole day. Management staff is not picking calls for even reporting the issues. Only Visited 4 places out of 12 , 2 of them were closed already. Will never choose this again or never recommend to anybody. All this happend only because of poor tour planning from staff side

Negative experience: Very pathetic service. Drivers are not at all disciplined they keep giving false commitment. They ask us to wait and when reached destination there is no pick up. Never booked with this pathetic travel you will spoil your outing..

Negative experience: One of my worst experiences with them. We three girls were in trip for one day in Khor Fakkan this Eid holiday. The first day itself we fought with the coordinator guy for not giving us seat in the bus. As per booking seats should be allowed for each and everyone. They should be knowing how many people are coming. And he made us go to jabal jaiz. Next day we went to Khor Fakkan and their timing was absolutely not followed. We were on time but the bus took another one hour more to start. They don’t go to every destination listed in the brochure. And no proper food timings they have. Difficult for ladies to do toiletries. And on the final day the same coordinator guy told my friend who should be dropped in ibn battuta mall to go by metro after dropping her in Burjman. How can he so irresponsible. Is this the way they should behave. We are paying for what they are asking and is this what we deserve. I wont suggest this company anymore.

Negative experience: I had booked a family trip to Abu Dhabi today.The driver behaviour was nice till he collected money from us but after that even a single tourist location we couldn't visit properly. Finally he was dropped us somewhere in Deira instead of Burjaman at 9.30pm.There was no positive response from Travels people to arrange alternative bus or any other option and their behaviour was very rude while tried to contacted them.They don't deserve even a single star review.

Negative experience: A not so nice Abu Dhabi trip today. The men we were  grouped in for this tour requested to visit places which wasn't even on the tour list. 1.) They spent so much time in each places. 2.) We kept getting lost on our way to the next destination resulting in so much time spent on the road. 3.) No clarity with the time of visit per destination. Fyi, I didn't pay for this trip to accommodate other people's desire to visit a certain place, I was looking forward to visit what was on the list but ended up highly disappointed. We visited only 3 or 4 places from the list out of 10. Hatta and Khor Fakkan tour was great though. Jebel Jais tour, they had to cancel last minute due to no transportation was arranged for us. The people managing the tours are nice however they lack coordination.

Negative experience: Worst experience. We booked our tickets to Khor Fakkan on the first day itself. He is saying there is no space for us, and one family is also there; they are having a small child, and instead of Khor Fakkan, they forced us to go to Jebel Jasi, and they didn't provide us water. They are not considering their passengers. We had our lunch around 5 p.m. The next day, we booked our tickets to Khor Fakkan. The same thing happened: we reached the place on time, according to the time they suggested; they said the trip would begin at 10 a.m., and we started our trip at 11.30 a.m. We have covered only 3–4 places out of 10. And they are not giving us any guidance; we have to find ourselves where we are now. We went to Hanging Garden. We were in the traffic for more than an hour, and they didn’t allow us to go. They were telling us if we went for the ticket itself, it would take more than 1 hour, then what is purpose for being in a traffic for than a hour. and most importantly, they said they would pick up and drop off at the same destination. They picked me up from Ibn Battuta, and they drop us to Burjuman, and he told us to go by metro or taxi. The time is already 11.30pm, and at that time, he is asking us to go to the metro, and he is hesitating to pay the taxi fare for us. I reached room by 12.30. I will not suggest anyone go with this agency.

Negative experience: Not deserve for a star if there's option for negative star ill give it. This travel and tourism ruined our holiday. We've spent more time inside the bus picked up from sahara @9:30 we are exactly on time and as per driver 2 more and we will go but we moved from sahara before 10am and we' ve waited for another 30 mins for each pick up destination and keep on shifting passengers to another bus, (they should explain from the start) travel & tourism should explain to travelers what is going to happen, we didnt encounter traffic going to our destination imagine from 9:30 we reached our first destination at 12:56 and they gave us for 20 mins only and the worst thing was the"unlimited water" the driver and the assistant doesnt know what we are asking for, he even informed us to get water in the nearby mosque. We ate very fast without drinking water ofcourse its been past 1 pm and we are all hungry and after we came back to the bus they bought water and its not enough for all of us inside the bus for the entire time Imagine from 9:30 am we are inside the bus and we reached 11pm in sharjah almost 13hours and half. It's most likely we've spent less than 4 hours only outside for the tour and the rest was inside the bus. (we've encountered traffic in going to hanging garden only ending we just passed by) No time management Lack of communication for their own staff Not concern for their passengers No drinking water (informed us unlimited water) Not worth for your holiday Not professional travel & tourism in terms of tour if there's no sign board you will not know where you are.

Negative experience: One of the. Worst tour I never had imy life. I went with at Hatta. They vehicle which they have provided it wasn't good. Ac was not working conditions and when I called to complaint they haven't done any change in my sitting arrangements. I fall sick. Very poor coordination.

I really excited and I can say it’s an unforgettable experience.The guide introduced us to historical monument and explained the history of each museum. Especially Al haram so amazing mosque. There is all conditions for praying with Zam zam water. The guide shared his knowledge in during the tour.Makka is very lovely city and Madina is peaceful city the world. We enjoyed our time during the trip in these cities. In addition,I express my satisfaction. Thank you so much!!!

Unfortunately, the travel experience took a downturn with Bus 2/5, featuring uncomfortable seats and the absence of AC and Wifi for extended journeys. The hotels, a crucial aspect of the package, failed to live up to expectations. The Land Premium hotel in Makkah lacked the promised Wifi, contributing to a subpar experience. Furthermore, the accommodation in Madina fell short, resembling more of a 2-star establishment rather than meeting the anticipated standards. Overall, the journey was marred by discomfort and unmet expectations, resulting in a disappointing two-star experience.

We were booked trip to Mussandam Dibba trough What s App and I was politely asking Pls send us Location l!!! They lady (stuff) on phone said : Yes we will I was waiting 3 days from beginning , before departure I as asking again again please send me Location where bus will pick up. Us….she even doesn’t care She not answering!! Now how can I call this Service??? Moreover Driver doesn’t speak English He terrible accent not clear We were call him give us location , instead of that he said No I have to go and hung up our calling!!! I want ask this SERVICE??? Or? I will connect with my Lawyer and explain everything …. And “WORST Destination Travel Agency”. Have to get Punish by Fine or by Government !!

Negative experience: I did not like signing up with this company. We were supposed to go to Ras Al Khaimah to celebrate New Year's, but they took us late and we found the roads closed. Then they asked us to walk for about an hour to get there. Unfortunately, i get a bad experience, So I don’t recommend

Fantastic experience: Muhammad Ashfaq was brilliant in the planning and coordination of our Umrah Trip. I contacted on Saturday (during weekend) and he was very quick to respond and give me the details. He was kind enough to take extra initiatives to pro-actively book flights/tickets/hotels etc according to travel requirements - all at short notice. Through out the trip, he was always reachable on WhatsApp to help us with any issues. Great Chap! Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: The agency was very helpful with the process of visa and throughout the journey. However the seat on the car a bit cramp. Other than that, everything went smoothly. They even explain most of the excursion in English for people who don't understand either Hindi or Arab.

Not only us there was couple of group more and some people canceled their trip in front. I wouldn’t recommended them and their stuffs doesn’t know how to behave, they were very rude with us.

Negative experience: The worst service ever! We went on Khorfakkan trip today. And really suffered with this people. Very disrespectful guide and non cooperative staff's on board. Unnecessary wasted almost 4 hours plus due to the vehicle unavailability and lack of coordination from staff , they failed to keep up the timings in both pick and drop. Advertised locations couldn't cover due to lack of time , in total it was a horrific experience. Khorfakkan is a great place to visit but never with this travel agency

Negative experience: The services is very very disappointing, I took a tour at hatta yesterday and it was a disaster! they will make you wait for more than an hour on the said pick up time, they will not drop you on the visiting areas, bus will park in the middle of destination And it's up to you to figure it out how you will get there. They provide a free shuttle ride to the said visit area but the cue is horribly long and you have 2hrs only. They are poorly organized on the tours they will make you shift buses and wait long till they move this cause us to get back in Dubai at 11pm! Definitely worst tour experience!

Negative experience: Worst ever experience. Horrible. They just want customer money. Not organize, lack of planning for the tour they give. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. All customers are complaining. And they dont accept their mistake.I avail to watch the New Year fireworks in RAK and we did not catch the fireworks. The bus left late because they said the customer came late from pick up point and they cannot leave not in full obviously they need to collect the money. Without considering that there is a fireworks to catch that cannot wait for customers who are late.. this is really a WOW reason.. and the worst they dont like to compensate their mistake.

The just when we set off, this company called me: today no have car go to Jabel Jais. Ask me to make choice between Abu Dhabi and Hatta. I said we already went before. Negative experience: We paid to Hatta from Dubai on 09th December 2023. They sent a faulty bus which has maximum speed of 30Km/hr. As per travels, we supposed yo rwch Hatta at 12 pm but no hope until 13.45. Travel agency guys stopped responding yo the calls

Negative experience: Alhamdullilah it was spiritual uplifting and a beautiful and memorable experience! Thank you for making it easy for us to visit the holiest of places on earth. But we spent so much time on the way. Our bus had a problem and by the time we get to Makkah, we were so tired! Subhana’Allah! We the ladies couldn’t go with a guide for the Umrah, because we were so tired; they didn’t give us much time to rest and by time we went down to go with the guide for Umrah, he had left with the other people. So we didn’t know what to do or how to go about it. When we told the man how he didn’t even wait for us, he said he gave a time and we didn’t come at that time. So I told him how we were so tired, but he said something like “but the other people came down and basically we all came at the same time”. But Subhana’Allah! We spent more than 30hours and we were expected to go perform Umrah within an hour or so. I personally had to be asking people. I didn’t know what to do. Some of my roommates had to do the Umrah again because the felt like they didn’t do it properly. Even myself I wondered if I did all of it properly. The man(Muhammad ) was nice though Alhamdullilah. But he needed to give us more time to rest and take us for the Umrah as that was why we were there. Or he could have come back for us. So we felt like it was more of a business. Because you didn’t even care about waiting for us or coming back for us for the umrah! So how did he expect us to do the umrah! We were not given thorough explanations in the bus as English was what we could understand. Also, we the ones who don’t understand Arabic and Urdu, couldn’t enjoy the ziyaraat. Because the guide was speaking more of Arabic and Urdu. And he said that he doesn’t understand English much. So I think so should’ve a guide who is fluent in those Arabic, Urdu and English! But Alhamdullilah, the hotel in Madina was very comfortable and cool, it wasn’t far from Masjid Nabawi, also the wifi was ok Alhamdullilah. But the the hotel in Makkah, wasn’t hygienic at all and was a bit far from the Haram. Even though there is a bus that picks us up from the hotel for free, we had to work some distance when we get off the bus and to get to the bus. Aja Fatou Minteh. October 4th group.

Positive experience: The tour was nice and the driver is cheerful. Some places have finally opened and we were able to go. However, we woke up 7am and prepared for a 9:30am pick up only to find out that they have accepted another batch and we had to come back from Sharjah to Rigga and wait then leave at 11am. It cut our tour a little short and we weren't able to stay longer in the beach side like before or take pictures in the mountain side. I will still recommend this travel agency and will still book with them but I hope next time will be a better experience.

Positive experience: KhorFakkan has been one of the nicest places we have visited in U.A.E because of the mountains, the nature, but overall that amazing cloudy, fresh and cool weather . Despite the fact that there were many clouds, it was very fresh, no cold and totally conformable. This is a nice place to scape from the hot weather from Dubai, and it's fantastic that we can do it in one day only. In addition, Mr. Shafqat, that was our tourist guide was very charming and explained as much as he could of the different places we visited around. Thank you, guys, very nice job!!! To finish, the only thing could have been better was that after lunch, we were a bit pushed to do all the activities faster. I guess we couldn't enjoy as much as we would've liked because of the time. It was like, take pictures then, come inside the car, then next stop. Next time we would like not to be so much pushed. In General, thanks, we were very happy.
