Negative experience: We went for Hajj with them. Sadly, the mismanagement of the agency made things very difficult for the whole group. If you are planning to go for Hajj, find someone from Pakistan because there were many people from Pakistan who paid almost the similar amount as us but got better hotels and services in Mecca Mukarama and Madina Munawarah. So please dont waste your money in here. They will promise to be available for guidance at every step of the journey but nobody from the agency was accessible when needed. We were on our own. They won't get you any Rowdha permits. The worst part is when you try to say anything, they would say no complaints during Hajj. Please don't get fooled by their facebook pages and videos as we did. This is an honest review to help other muslim brothers and sisters make a better decision for their most important and sentimental journey of their life. I hope the agency will improve their services and time management.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Abdullah bin Karam Hajj and Umrah Travels during my Hajj in 2024. Despite paying for category C facilities, we were provided with substandard category D accommodations. There were no private buses, mismanagement was rampant, and the tents in Mina were below par. The lack of guidance from the Mufti sahab, who was primarily with the category A group, left us feeling neglected and underserved. It is evident that Abdullah bin Karam Hajj and Umrah Travels engaged in fraudulent activities by taking advantage of our trust and failing to provide the services we paid for. The management showed little concern for the complaints raised by the Hajis, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Women were left in tents without fans in extreme heat, highlighting the disregard for their well-being. Mr. Asad and Mr. Noor, who were supposed to address our concerns, were unresponsive and unhelpful. It is unacceptable that they ignored our messages and failed to acknowledge their mistake. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and disheartening, and I would strongly advise against using Abdullah bin Karam Hajj and Umrah Travels for Hajj or Umrah. They prioritize their own interests over the well-being of their customers, making them an unreliable and untrustworthy choice for religious travel.

Negative experience: Bohat he buri Managment. Aik he driver sare rastay Ghari chalay ga, driver thank giya tha, bus ider user le ker ja raha tha. Phir kici ne ocko rest kernay ka bola. Aap ko makah aap k hall per choor dain gai. Bohat c important cheezon ki koi information nhi daite. Jaise k, Sim kaise laini hai,wahan koun se restaurants use kernay hain, emergency main kicse rabta karain. Bas bohat he thaki hoie hai. Bus ka sheesha tak b saaf nhi kerwatay, ziyrat k time koi patta nhi hum bhair kiya daikh rahain hain. Dosri baat hum se JHOOTH bola giya tha ka madina main hotel 400 meter per hai jub k woh to 1.4 km per he tha. Umrah package ki price kaam hai but KHAWARI bohat zaida hai Bhai. Agay ap ka marzi hai baba. Room services madina main achay thay .but makah main koi banda toilet saaf kernay nhi atta tha. Negative experience: They took momey for 17th but still we are waiting for umrah visa confirmation.

Positive experience: Very cooperative and transparent when it comes to ummrah and hajj visa arrangements. I got my Visa within 3 days for the whole family. Recommended for everyone.
