Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK AIRPORT TRANSFER. Driver marked us as no show even though he did not wait the full 75 minutes. Ridiculous. WASTE OF MONEY

Fantastic experience: Used YAM’s services for airport pickup and drop off. No issues on either side. Responsible and professional. They also made sure to confirm details prior and ensured we had a baby car seat for our child. And when we needed more space on the way back, they were flexible in being able to provide a larger vehicle for a nominal cost. Will gladly use them again!

Negative experience: Absolute ridiculous customer service. Transport came an hour late, driver wouldn't apologise and started laughing instead. When asked to speak to his manager, he pretended to call and put the phone down in front of us. Hotel have had this experience with this company previously and said we were lucky they turned up even though they were an hour late. Do not recommend to anyone to use. They also go by the name of YAM Tourism.

Negative experience: This was a pre-paid taxi. They ignored all calls and texts after I gave a time to be picked up. Don’t book with them they are a scam

Negative experience: It’s One of big fraud and unprofessional company .it’s not a company just one lady her name is mrs Ornila she is handling this everything ,she don’t have any car ,any office . Any stuff just take booking for airport transfer , if she can arrange any free Luncer than she come her self to receive guest otherwise no, So I recommend Don’t try to contact for any service

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at airport transfers, they organize different activities we visited so many locations like desert safari, atlantis water park, palm abu dhabi tour, at the top and they also provide amazing guide really very nice experience ❤️
