Fantastic experience: We had the best travel experience with Rayna. They have drivers who are flexible with waiting time. The best part was when we were at Atlantis and couldn’t reach the driver as we couldn’t get a good network coverage. The driver stuck around for an hour and picked us up. It was a very heartwarming experience. His name was Asif Ali, cheers to you brother, your a good man

Negative experience: We booked dhows cruise through Rayna travels on 16 may 2024 from M square Hilton,Mankahool Dubai hotel direct from the Rayna representative,the rate was too high 300 DHS per head and more over the food they provided in the cruise was pathetic and not worth for what we are paying for the package. We will get good dhows cruise package in Dubai for better price than Rayna travels. The transportation they provided was nice and the driver communicated the vehicle time properly. Totally the package was not worthy what we're paying for the package.

Negative experience: The experience with Rayan Tours & travels was pathetic . We booked for the dessert safari with them and our pick up was at 2 Pm as advised by the person coordinating & booking the tour . It’s 4:40 pm now and the driver has still not collected us . We have been waiting for over 3 hours with our guests and all we are told is it will be another 10 mins , 20 mins . We are still waiting for the pick up …. They have spoiled our experience and wasted half the day waiting . Please make sure you don’t book this tour at all . Unprofessional and horrible service .

Negative experience: Please don't do the mistake of booking any holiday packages with this company..They don't deliver what the promise..I am currently on my Christmas Georgian trip and the day 2 has ended and We have not been to any sight seeing except for Gudauri cable car rides,please note that full payment was done upfront and for 2 adults and 1 kid,and we sleep in bird sized cage rooms ..skip this tour company and save your money

Negative experience: I am living in UAE i did make booking for ATLANTIS DUBAI for kleidoscope 3 hours dinner they deducted payment on the spot and gave me blank booking reference number without any reservation number i did pay and they ate my money very very very irresponsive behaviour and very unprofessional staff,they jst used to keep transfering calls to the related department and made me waiting for long time and after waiting they ended the call while keeping me on hold. I did call to Atlantis several time to check my paid reservations through Rayna Tours they said there is no any reservations I faced a huge level of embarrasment as i booked the reservations for 4 adults . I booked my reservation on 31st december 2021 for 7th jan friday 2022 and till now i didnt get any reservation and confirmation number and they deducted amount on the spot on 31st december They are 100% scammers and fraud thay are missguiding people as they think that tourists will not take any action against them for cheating people . They specially mentioned their contact number and whatsap number for confirmation the bookings but they unable to work professionally. They are ruining the image of UAE rgarding the security system of UAE as i am the resident of UAE i can not expect this type of fraud.

Negative experience: I don't know they are scammers. Or someone that pretents to be working there took money from my visa. And they will not reply to any phone calls ir email from me. So the answer is they are scumbags.

Negative experience: Please be really careful if you are dealing with them as their manager Mr. Jatin is only concerned about taking the payment. I would get reply from him after days and he would say that it is my choice to report him if I want. Extremely unprofessional management and you cannot even get any refund.
