Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose the amount of your deposit… Small assessment, 1 year later I have never been reimbursed for the deposit of 500 euros. On WhatsApp they were blackmailing me so that I delete my negative review to reimburse me! Result no refund... ATTENTION !!! Évitez à tous prix cette entreprise sauf si vous voulez perdre le montant de votre caution… Petit bilan, 1an après je n’ai jamais été remboursé de la caution de 500euros. Sur WhatsApp ils me faisaient du chantage afin que je supprime mon avis négatif pour me rembourser ! Résultat aucun remboursement…

Negative experience: (français en dessous) Whoever is reading this post : RUN AWAY!!! We rented a car with Stuttgart in 2022, we are tourists and come from France. During our flight to come in Dubai, our contact told us via WhatsApp that he could not pick us up at the airport, as it was planned for months in advance. The company is very difficult to find, so we had to look for hours by foot with our 4 luggages. In the end, the car was still not ready and we had to wait for hours again !! And we got another car than the one we had rented !! When we returned the car, the people found a lot of "new" defects and took our deposit, while these brands were not new!!! THIEVES!!! Si vous lisez cet avis, FUYEZ !!!! Nous avons loué une voiture avec Stuttgart, nous sommes des touristes et venons de France. Pendant notre vol, notre contact nous indique via WhatsApp qu'il ne pouvait pas venir nous chercher à l'aéroport, comme c'était prévu depuis des mois en avance. Leur local est très difficile à trouver, nous avons tourner pendant des heures à pieds avec nos valises. Au final, la voiture n'était toujours pas prête et nous avons dû attendre DES HEURES. Et on a eu une autre voiture que celle que nous avions louée !! Quand on a rendu la voiture, les personnes ont trouvé plein de "nouvelles" marques et ont pris notre caution, alors que ces marques n'étaient pas nouvelles !!! DES VOLEURS !!!

Negative experience: Заказывал мустанг за месяц до приезда. В итоге мустанга не было. Дали додж чарджер. Машины все побитые и по юзанные на додже со стороны водителя только тонировка. Депозит так и не вернули, постоянно пишут разные причины.

Negative experience: WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR. DONT BOTHER COMING. The boss very arrogant man. For one simple mistake he has fired his poor cleaner. He treated him the worst, pushed him away and kicked him out the store.

Negative experience: Never happened such a thing in my life, these guys.. man, they deserve the Nobel for scamming people. Perfect rental car for totally ruining your vacation or your business trip. Unfortunately I booked the car from a 3rd part website and I didn’t notice these reviews, never had such a horrible experience in my life. We agreed on a price chatting on WhatsApp (everything in writing) and at the end of the rental they charged me extra cost for things that they didn’t mention before. The car came in bad conditions, the bumper was smashed all over the place. I was also having a problem with the speedometer, I texted them saying that the digital display was indicating a wrong value (10km less than the actual speed) I sent also a video as a proof and then obviously I got a speed ticket because of that malfunction. They took additional charges, they took the money for the speed ticket (which was exactly 13km/h more than the limit) and they also kept the deposit for more than 6 weeks! Really bad tone and horrible behavior. Never got my whole deposit back obviously. Bunch of scammers and they don’t even speak English well so you need some interpretation. Worst place on earth. DO NOT RENT A CAR IN THIS PLACE NEVER, RUN!!

Negative experience: I rented a car for a week. The car came in really bad conditions, full of electronics alerts and keep beeping. I asked to change it and the new one was exaclty the same. After a month, they still didn't refund my deposit and they keep saying tomorrow. I will report them today to the Police. Beware fo this people, it doesn't worth all the hassle

Negative experience: Perfect company to rent a car if you want to ruin your vacation. They turned up first two hours late, and with the wrong car and promised to deliver the right car the day after. That never happened, and the owner is quite rude when he first answers your message. To get a reply can take hours. We booked a mustang Shelby gt 500 and are now driving around in a Mercedes c300 that looks like it's been 5 times in a tumble drier full of scratches and damage. They just keep lying and give you horrible service. If they would just be honest straight away I could go elsewhere to rent a car. And now 9 months later I have still not got my deposit back

Negative experience: عدم الالتزام بالسيارة المتفق عليها اعطوني بسيارة افضل و بعد الدفع وكل شي قال حيجي يبدل السيارة بسيارة ايضا غير متفق عليها علامة عطل في المحرك ظهرت ف السيارة فجاة اخذتها ساعتين و رجعتها لكن تم حساب ايجار يوم كامل اتهام بحكة في الباب بعد ٥ ايام من تسليم السيارة مو في وقتها وقد يكون اي شخص غيري اخذها او حكها وهيا واقفة و اخذ مبلغ و قدره خدمة عملاء غير مرضية ابدا تجربة من اول ساعة قررت انها لن تتكرر وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ف الظالم كل هذا كان يوم ٢٤ نوفمبر و المحادثة يوم ٣٠ نوفمبر

Negative experience: الحذر ثم الحذر ثم الحذر اني لكم من الناصحين شركه عبارة عن عصابة نصب واحتيال توصل يعطيك سياره غير اللي طلبت بعدها يجي ويغير لك السياره لنوع اقل منه، و تعامل الموظف قليل ادب جدا وغير محترم وفوق هذا فلوس التأمين احلم ترجع لك The most of the real rating is in arabic language most of the English comments are from fake accounts! Be careful! طبعا التقييم المرتفع من شركات وهميه التجارب الحقيقه تلقونها بالعربي بيني وبينهم القانون يادبهم اذا هم ماتادبوا عبر خدمه اهلا دبي او هلا دبي يمكن للمتضريين من هذه الشركه النصابه رفع بلاغ وشكوى لحمايه المستهلك باماره دبي و حقكم يرجع لكم

Negative experience: حسبي الله حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم من نهاية شهر يناير لنهابة أبريل ننتظر فلوسنا ! أول شي بدال ما يتم تعويضنا عن الخطأ اللي من عندهم بالسيارة، حسبوا علينا مبلغ حق ترجيع السيارة الخطأ للمطار !! وبعدها 3 شهور كامله ننتظر فيها اكثر من 7 آلاف ريال مبلغ باقي مع التأمين أسوء تجربة مرت علي بحياتي ودعيت عليكم يومياً في هالشهر الفضيل وأتمنى أشوف فيكم يوم أسود .. .. والحين يقولك سيد عمر ؟!! ههههههه السيد عمر امس وقبله يكلمكم على الواتس تفتحون الرسالة ولا تردون عليها وقبلها 3 شهور يكلم زاهر أتمنى حل الموضوع بأسرع وقت وعدم المماطلة والإستهتار اكثر يا أسوء شركة تعاملت معها بحياتي

Negative experience: بالعربي والمختصر الي يبي يخرب اجازته يستاجر منهم ... صاحب الشركه (زاهر حبيب) سوري الجنسيه. لا يحترم العميل ابدا .. ٣٠ يوم لم يرجعوا التامين واخرتها عند مطالبتي له اخبرني انه لن يعيد المبلغ ناهيك انهم سلموني السياره بالمطار متأخر واعطوني سياره خربانه .. لا انصح ابدا بالتعامل معهم . Very bad company... the owner(zaher habib) (Syrian guy) doesn't have any kind of respect . Late in delivery in airport and give me a damaged car as well and they toke my insurance money over 30 days now and they didn't returned it yet and finally when I asked for my money he said I will not transfer and if you want your money travel back to dubai to take it from mian office ... I totally advice not to deal with them as the owner has very bad behaviour and doesn't care about complaining and keep lieing.

Negative experience: After asking for my deposit back these were the replies i got. This organisation is obviously trying to scam people. Paypal and Western Union transfers are no way of returning deposits. Refrain from using this company to rent a car.

Negative experience: Deposit money were not returned. I rented a car in Aug-21. Deposit was 1000aed and was paid by visa. As per info from manager visa deposit is automatically released after 30 days however when I was paying for car manager asked to pay deposit also. So it was not blocked on my visa account but was transferred to the company. After 1,5 month I asked manager about deposit money and he started delaying it. Promised next week, then in two days, then tomorrow, then on Saturday, then was his day off, then in one hour, then after 20 min, then he was driving and busy then smth else… So money were never returned. I”ve reported the case to Dubai Police and now waiting them to solve the issue. Otherwise there is no chance to get back the money.

Negative experience: We reserved and paid for 2 cars, total 1890.- CHF. The Ford Mustang was junk, all wobbly and defective, photos available. The Lamborghini was never delivered, 400.- for the Ford, which we used joylessly for 2 days was ok, then came the delivery date for the Lambo, no one came, after 4 hours of waiting and several phone calls, the Ford was picked up at 19.00 instead of 10.00. The Lambo never came, he promised us the money. The Lambo never came, he promised to refund the money for the Lambo, which never happened, mails remained unanswered and our damage, about 1500.- CHF. Don't trust the scammer!!!

Positive experience: I rented a Chevrolet Camaro V8 ZL1 car for a day. In general, not an expensive service. There was a light on the airbag in the car, maybe it's normal, but I'm not sure. The car was delivered on time and picked up the same way, with no problems. The deposit was returned within 46 days, perhaps this was due to the return of money to the Russian Federation, but maybe not. You can apply, but fill out the lease agreements in full and keep copies. 4 stars due to the long return of the deposit.

Negative experience: The absolute worst place to rent a car. They will agree and contract to deliver a car and then string you along for hours as they don’t ever deliver. For example, they were supposed to bring the car at 2pm. However 2pm came and went with no explanation from them. I had to contact them out an hour after car was supposed to be delivered and they said it was an issue with insurance but should be resolved shortly. I asked for them to confirm the car would be there by 5:30pm. Then by 8:30pm with still no car, I was calling and they blocked me. There are so many places to rent nice cars here in Dubai, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Negative experience: The worst service ever, booked twice with them and both times didn’t show up. First time in December 2021 and second time April 2022. the second time while asked them to make sure you will deliver the car twice and they confirmed they didn’t show up again, and instead of morning then came back with excuse of hospital (lie basically since it happened twice not once) in the afternoon and instead of giving at least a half day for free since they wasted a day of me they refused and didn’t care about costumer service. They could easily say sorry to waste your time for a day, won’t charge you for today, they simply said we don’t deliver. That was the minimum they could do. And even the person was so rude. They just provide the worst service and expect no complaint and don’t want to cover their bad service at all. Don’t waste your time and money on these people. They don’t have any respect for clients
