Fantastic experience: Good grocery

Negative experience: Not recommended , Inadequate, don’t trust these guys. They are only making money, they don’t give a damn about anyone once they receive money, on 20th march 2024 i went for umrah from this travel agency they provided transport from company called AlAhliah transportation same day our bus broke down. Driver only speak arabic was not able to understand a single word. After 16 hrs bus was fixed which wasted our 1 whole day , no extension of day was provided by travel agent. When we talked to them the guy called Asif who is making fool of everyone from Dubai,Union office he was like dont call me again is this the way of providing services. Hotels arranged in Makkah was also in shabby condition. The guide who was there in Makkah was only interested to sell his oil and attar he also ran away before completion of umrah..Now it is up to you guys who are reading my review.. Choice wisely whether you want to suffer or you want to perform your ritual and ceremonies properly.

Negative experience: This was our first and will probably be the last time with this agency . The bus service is horrible, the drivers smoke every 20 mins, the AC didnt work the entire trip, and they did not bother listening to the customers. Note: dont ignore all these reviews because the people arent lying as such when you ask the agency about these bad reviews they will misguide you and just say that they are from their competitors but this is our personal experience. The only positive thing was the hotel that was provided.

Negative experience: Not recommend. They will take passport from you and don't inform prior booking. I got the hotel 30 minutes walking distance to HARAM. No tour plan provided. Guide left on the way after instructions for Umra.
