Negative experience: The driver was late by 1 hour. They had my contact nr and did not bother to inform me. We did the Abu Dhabi tour and missed out on the Emirates Palace guided tour. The tour guide was excellent and well informed. Low value for money as you.do not get what you.expect.

Negative experience: A dubious experience. A trip on the desert book and not really a safari in the desert. Unsympathetic accommodation in 2 camps, in which there is nothing and nothing, except a dairy of unnecessary money for photographs, camels and buggies inside the complex. Everything is stressed. noisy. Compressed and unsympathetic. The 2nd camp where we eat (reasonable food and not beyond) includes a huge square where all kinds of authentic dances are danced for 800 people, terrible noise from the speakers around, a line for food of close to an hour is simply not sympathetic, and the whole experience is terribly disappointing. Luckily the driver is nice, helpful and kind. not recommended !!!!

Positive experience: Booking our 3 experiences were easy, but when it came to the desert safari we had some hiccups threatening our experience. Evening before we confirmed our location and were told that co-ordination team would contact us. At pickup time no contact yet and when we enquired, were told they did not have pickup in our area and we had to arrange our own transport to point. We argued and were ready to cancel. Ishra saved our trip by rescheduling for the next day and monitoring the process. So day later our kids had a great experience, which they thoroughly enjoyed. Drivers were friendly and engaging.

Negative experience: Drivers always late and tell our agency that we are late and they are waiting for hours. They sent driver to wrong hotel twice and kept us waiting for half and hour each time. Car has broken AC vent and it’s very hot and AC doesn’t work properly All driver are not informed where we are going and then ask upon arrival how long event will take. Like we are tourist how should we know how long a tour will take? We are not familiar with area yet they are UAE tour operator, they should know how long to expect for return pickup. Driver Stephen R is bad driver. He brakes real hard causing uncomfortable ride. He turns on his GPS but dosent use it and act like he’s smart and try shortcut which leads to us getting late to our planned sightseeing. Driver Saftain was very unprofessional He did not take us to Qasar Al Waton which we paid for. Instead he took us to some hotel which was not in our itinerary. (What am I suppose to do at hotel for which is don’t even have room registered?) Also we had Ferrari world ticket and he reach us at 3:30 PM then inform us we must leave at 4:30 PM (1 hour later) as he had another job to attend to. How can one expect to visit entire theme park in one hour? Then he solicit us for extra money because we were late. He told us he would be punished by his company and boss. He solicit us for $50 USD which is approximately $185 AED he even stop for half hour at mosque to pray and on return he spent 15 minutes at petrol pump for coffee and talk on phone to someone. He was also texting on WhatsApp while driving at highway speed for over 30 minutes which is highly dangerous

Negative experience: Very bad service by the staff members. No one is ready to provide the information. Will not recommend any one to this travels.

Negative experience: لم تكن حسب المتوقع، ليس للمقاعد ارقام وليس لها حجز ومع ذلك يضعك في المكان الذي يريده هو، ويضع الركاب من جنسيته في المقاعد التي يراها، أغلب الاغاني اغاني هنديه بصوت عالي مزعج، صراحة لا انصح بها على الاطلاق.

Fantastic experience: We had a very pleasant experience with them. we had booked for 4 days several tours with them from New York and were pleased with their uptodate information regarding the driver timings & vehicles. All drivers, most of them were Hindi speaking but even the local Arab drivers were courteous & professional. Drivers took these pictures I was looking at the reviews and were skeptical but no complaints, all good

Negative experience: Some friend's group had gone to Dubai. we had booked a car bus from Rayna Tours and Travels to visit the place. The name of the driver was Including Saeed zamaan, this driver was misbehave with us a lot. The driver was very un polite, the car was old and run down Tried to ask our friend's number from us and the driver was shouting on us. Sometimes he started physical touch with my ladies friends and their face expression was also not in a sense. The overall experience with this driver is so bad while sitting in his car is also feel uncomfortable for us.

Negative experience: Worst experience !! Don’t even deserve single star!! They do lot of paid social media promotions which attracts crowd.

Negative experience: Desert Safari The cab to pick up from hotel was late by 1.5 Hour, we arrived late at the point for Dune Bashing. And it was just for 10 minutes. It was already sunset so no great pictures. Didn't get time to enjoy the evening as everything was rush. The driver came and hurried us to go back by 8 while the show was still going and we haven't eat our meals properly. I paid more than 300aed/ person for this experience and it was worst. Complete waste. Plus we were promised a seperate table but we got shared. I would never recommend this. From March 2022
