Negative experience: They will treat you very well when you visit office.. Once you pay money for some service then they will forget that you are their customer.. 50 Times you should remind them to do your work....

Negative experience: Worse Service Provider. Nepali lae nepali lai dukha dine kaam bahek khehi hudaina yeha. Please don't trust on them. Totally waste of time.

Negative experience: Don't consider them for any kind of work very unprofessional staff no response on kind of query after payment Wont answer your calls if you get stuck anywhere during the visa process Dont even send you a proper visa pdf just a screenshot from some other travel company. Don't waste your time & money on the stupid staff who aren't aware about anything.

Negative experience: Long time waited inside the airport for the visa renewal but the result is nothing we need to tell them how they are working and they said okay sir please just a moment we are working on that it's in the process like this like that blahblahblah very very unsatisfied with the services of this travels

Negative experience: If there is another name of fraud that is peepal. I buy ticket of Himalayan airlines from them for my brother but when we reach airport, airlines inform us that ticket is not valid. I contact consultant name Kumar he suggest to buy another ticket and promise to refund all cost of that. Even he went airport with me that time and buy another ticket of fly Dubai from my pocket ( I provide him 1000 Diram) and promise me to refund it upto afternoon but it's been 2 days he is only making reason to run away. So I suggest everyone to be aware. They are fraud.

Negative experience: Cheating on ticketing. They stole half of my ticket price while refunding on their own mistake. Worst customer service and communication. Never trust them

Negative experience: Very bad service, i buy ticket from them and i paid cash while they gave me ticket , and when i reached airpot with ticket ,that ticket was cancelled and they gave me another ticket 1 day delay , they said they will pay for hotel for that day , but they didn't, i will not recommend any of my friends to buy tickets from here

Fantastic experience: Just after celebrating my 50th birthday in Dubai had a amazing time thanks to all in peepal travel especially Pawan as he advised me to on what tours to go on.He told me that l couldn't go home without doing the desert saharfi, he was so right. I had a brilliant time. The guide Jamil was extremely good at his job a magnificent driver and a great personality. I would highly recommend Peepal Travel and Tours not only are they much cheaper than the hotels but they pick you from your hotel and treat you like royalty. Really had a fabulous time.
