Negative experience: Basically into traveling and itinerary.

Negative experience: Dana travel agency. Worst travel agency. Do not transact with them. They said I can rebook my flight for free as long as it is more than 24hrs before the flight. I asked for rebooking 3days before the flight date and they charged me AED100. Dont trust this company if you want to have a peaceful vacation. Incompetent staff. If I can put negative star I will put it. Updated: i just added the name of travel agency which is dana because they are creating a new profile.

Fantastic experience: Very good service place.

Negative experience: The staff is not friendly, and lack proper customer service. They do not know how to handle clients properly, and will even shout at the customers asking. They are very unprofessional. Even I cannot choose 1 star!
