CANBAY TOURISM cheating agency in dubai. please dont trust them

Negative experience: Please don't trust them they laying and don't give activitie tickets. They get money and in return just false promise.

Negative experience: Fraudulent company that provide fake services and packages to loot money from people... Group of liars and cheaters... Never ever trust them... They are never going to provide the services on time and if you demand refund, they will keep on post poning to next month and the next month is never gonna come!!! There is no use even if you complain to Department of Economy and Tourism, you won't get your money back!!

Negative experience: I have a similar experience from this fraud team. I paid AED 3200dhs for flight tickets and now the company in Rigga is completely closed down. Is there any other way to get money back? Please advice.

Negative experience: I also struggled a lot to get my money back I was not ready to give up. The only way they're going to give you your money back is you have to go to their office and then enter the area where they are presenting this scam to individuals. From there you have to tell them that I want my money back because you guys are scamming people and then don't leave the room until they refund. by going twice to office like this I was able to get a cheque from them with all my money back. I would say even if it is so small money don't lose it at least you can get it back and give it to charity.

Since i had made a booking for hotel in Dubai - Due to their mistake the booking had to be canceled i.e. instead of booking 02 bedroom hotel apartment flat they had booked single bed room hotel apartment Past 06 months i am struggling to get back AED 5,000 , further more they offered to provide 08 tickets and they collected AED 2300 but i got nothing from the them --------Thye are really unprofessional ... and hard to get the money back from them ---- if any suggestion please do let me know ..... ... we can all launch official complaints against then , so that they won't trouble others

FRAUD:- They simply offered me a package, I agreed and paid nearly Aed 4500 but they did not stay on whatever commitment they had given, even after almost six months they only have illogical excuses to give. 2. INDECENT EMPLOYEES:- Their team is untrained, indecent, mannerless & aggressive, when you ask for your ticket etc., they reply very rude and become aggressive over phone call. 3. CHEATERS:- why I call them cheaters is because after months when they are unable to stay on their commitments and when you ask your money back, they have illogical excuses to give. You keep calling, messaging them but they won't intent to refund your money. 4. AFTER ALL > Please do not take any package from Canbay Tourism, they are FRAUD AND ONLY FRAUD.

Now they have opened a company in different name and playing with the people hard earned money. These fraudsters will never prosper and soon they will pay for their sins.
