Negative experience: I'm so disappointed by the service provided of Mr. Ali (Pakistani) from DCC branch, he was aware that my visa is expiring and he promised and he said he is responsible of that. He told me I will not get any fine if ill send to him my boarding pass on the day of my visa expiration but end up I got fine and he never replied back anymore. Even the Manager is not serious with every problems they are having. So disappointed, never contact Mr. Ali and the Manager Ms. Batool, karma will hit you Mr. Ali for taking too much money from me.
