Negative experience: my two 2000 AED is gone how i can get it i have proof what i paid

Negative experience: Dear all, I have taken a package of 5000 AED and now they are not responding to any calls. None of their staffs phone numbers are working and i am in a very big trouble. Please guide me how to complaint them about them and how to get out of this.

Negative experience: This company ran a big scam and are not operating anymore under this name. This was already reported by 40 familes to Dubai Economic Department and the article was published in Khaleej times. "Arabian times fraud" is the keyword. Request to all the people to pls be aware of these scams and abstain from filling the information and falling prey.

Negative experience: I have paid aed 20000(in december 2017) and did not avail any of their services and when i was facing financial crisis i asked for a refund and they did not reply to any of my calls and emails and finally they promised me to refund my money by november 2018 and as expected they didn't. Since then i have been trying to call and email them everyday but all the numbers are not in use and they aren't replying to any of my emails. I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS FRAUD COMPANY. HOW CAN I?

Negative experience: Plz don’t take any offers from this company I wish I wud have read the reviews before going to their presentations. This is a fraud company . I don’t understand how dubai government entertaining this kind of companies. They all are taking huge amount from their customers without any services. Pathetic services

Negative experience: Kudos to you all for posting these reviews, i was told to visit the golden tulip hotel in tecom and was told that i had won different gifts and prizes. Lucky for me i searched for their company after reaching the hotel, therefore i knew what i was getting into. Just like all the reviews, they tell you about the memebership offer etc. Before they could waste anymore of my time i told them i am not interested and decided to leave. The expression on the peoples faces over there changed completely. Advice to you all, yes they do give cheap free gifts, but dont PAY FOR ANYTHING , since its a huge scam.

Negative experience: Fraud Company. Stay careful. They are opening new company with Name: Good Times Loyalty Cards services LLC. Please be sure you dont fall in trap of this people. They have many complaints and are escaping anyhow. But surely post on google can alert people to be safe.

Negative experience: Do not trust this travel agency. They take money from customers for holiday packages showing many benefits. After paying money they cheat customers with hidden charges with so many conditions. If you follow up continuously them to customer care they will say they are in financial crisis and need to wait upto they settle down which will not happen in life time. They will not pay back your money and they will not give your holiday packages. So people so many of my friends and relatives stuck with this in Duabi. Kindly beware of this Arabian Time Travels LLC. Even DTCM will not be helping out in this that the worst part.

Negative experience: Dear Users, This is completely a fraud company and a total scam. They will do whatever they have to for getting your money. Once they have your money with them their attitude changes. They never respond to emails or calls.

Negative experience: Don’t Accept any free voucher from them, their girls will stay n hypermarkets/ Shopping mall & they will ask your name & phone number.....next day they will call & say you have won some prizes....here are mine..... 1) silver coin 2) Non Sticky Pan 3)A free stay voucher For family 4) Al IBTISAMA BEAUTY SALOON then you have to go to their office & waste your time (around 2-3 hours), they will force you to buy some vacation tours, I didn’t buy anything from them & I asked my 4 prizes & they didn’t give anything

Negative experience: i wish there should be some negative stars also as they dont deserve one star too. I made a mistake, i took one package from them. these guys will call you hundred times to attend their meeting in which they will promise you to give some gifts. Once you are there you are like BAKRA for them, they will pressurize you for taking their packages and will promise lots of facilities for free. I am following up with them since January 2018 and still I did not get my refund. I took this package in Dec 2018 and in one month i realized they made fool of us and i requested for solution. They did not provide any solution so i asked for refund. its already 7 months but they are becoming worse day by day.

Negative experience: None of the ppl are responding once we had taken the package and ask us to keep mailing to which they don’t respond and their one time offer is going on since so many months and I haven’t even received the membership cards yet even to use the gym

But for me the thr travel and the tourism was just overwhelming their hospitality is just i always need for any vacants , my tour for Mauritius , was just incredible! Negative experience: Hi Guys, Please dont get in this company's trap. They are fraud. In India these guys formed 3-4 different companys and did a froud of corers of rupees. Company Director : Virendra Wakhadkar and Shetty and Vivek Raghuwanshi. If any gets an information of these guys please let me know. We have filed a FIR in PUNE and MUMBAI

Fantastic experience: They have many complaints at the Dubai consumer rights. I already have checked with Dubai economic department. Don't get caught to them. Seem their intention is to grab the business/money without serving customers. However, they have agreed to pay their customers back at the end of the year. The reason I had to explore about this company is a call I received. They said i won raffle. In Madina mall, Al qusais- Dubai. They were promoting their company. They have given me a raffle ticket. So i did not consider it as a unnecessary call. They asked me to collect the gifts. At the time, I did not make any payment for them. But waste my couple of hours. I wish i would have checked their company status before i visit them to collect the gifts. Gift was a holiday voucher. which is going to be useless. I don't think it is a genuine one. if you are dealing with this Arabian times company, just make sure.

Negative experience: So many tourism companies in Dubai. This one was the fraud one I met. Don't know about how they may be good or bad. I'm not purchased anything. Got an invitation from them to introduce their packages. Initially the way of talking was nice and good. And explain that we are not complied to take any packages or membership. After explain everything they said we have new offer and for the day only. Are you ready to take or not. I said no, because instantly I can say yes for to pay 8000dhs. After saying no their way of talking and behavior change. Started to shout, from my side also started arguing and I said I will call police and go for a case. Then they slowly change the tone and finish the conversation. Careful if someone are going to deal with them.

Negative experience: Fraud Company!! Will lure you into scamming your money. Stay as far away as you can from them. I got call saying I won prize from lucky draw. I went for a meeting and the guys there were persistent that I need to take a vacation offer that day itself. Luckily I checked Google reviews before paying any money. And most of the reviewers have written exactly what I went through. Many Thanks for your honest reviews mate. I couldn't find any review from a 'local guide' rated user saying the company is good. Makes one wonder if the five star reviews are paid ones.

Negative experience: I only wish I had read these reviews before going for the presentation... like other even I was conned by their team I to attractive package but unfortunately all is a bogus lie. It’s been 3 months but till date they are just lying by saying we are fully booked and no inventory. Was duped. But won’t give up and will lodge a complaint against them here in UAE soon if they don’t refund my money.

Negative experience: This is a fraud travel agent. They lure customers to buy holiday packages through various marketing gimmicks(all of it being false). The packages explained and sold to you are different and eventually they do not provide any service at all. I have officially put a complaint in Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Tourism and Consumer Rights section to ensure that these fraudsters are taken to task and this travel scam is stopped. This company is running a travel scam of selling holiday packages. Beware of any offers or false promises.

Negative experience: I had visited them yesterday and did not find the deals genuine. At one point, they dropped their prices to AED 6000 for 35 days of world wide holidays. I told them I would buy after doing a bit of my own research and give me 1 day time, they refused and kept on saying this is one time offer and u need to buy it on the spot. Finally before leaving, they said pay AED 3000 and try our service and if we like it, we can pay the remaining AED 3000. However, this all sounded very dodgy and I simply walked out from their place where they invited. It was at a service apartments in Diera (Rigga area). I am not their customer so I dont know if they are really a scam or not... Be safe and do your checks before buy anything from them.

Negative experience: Its a scam.. we have been duped. Guys plz dont invest in this company. Thy will call u saying u hv won a price. U ll be cald in a 3* hotel where in u ll be meeting their sales represntative.. thy will brain wash you in such a way that u will be convinced to buy the package. I paid 9000 for 35 days.now i am asking them to book a holiday package for me they are saying upto 30th august thy are full. Very smart ...bcos kids vacations are upto 30th august. After tht who will want to go on a vacation. Thy are not even replying to the emails & nor answering our call. Have to chase them every day using diffrent sims.
