Negative experience: Fake company, there’s group of company in different names, but all controlled by same fraud, they will call you for gift and will try to cheat you, need to report to police, otherwise they’ll keep doing the same.

Negative experience: These companies they are absolutely 100%fake. Promising people with their vouchers. I had been sending them emails from last 2 weeks and no response.

Negative experience: They just call me and told me that I had won some gift coupon and I went there to pick and they start to talk more and more about the package they have and suddenly in the meantime one family came and start to tell they are fake and one staff just came to us and told to leave and they gave us our gift voucher which I don’t know how to use and I tried to email which they provide me but they do not respond . I think it’s totally fake people

Negative experience: DO NEVER TRUST THIS PEOPLE IF THEY WILL CALL YOU FOR OFFER OR VOUCHERS. BECAUREFUL THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND GOD KNOWS WHO IS BEHIND THEM. THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL EVEN. THEY CALLED ME FOR A GIFT VOUCHER AND THEY LET ME WAIT WITH MY FAMILY FOR A LONG TIME AND AFTER GIVING US THE VOUCHERS THEY STOPPED ANSWERING US.

Negative experience: Having same problems with you all. No mobile numbers can be contacted from them. Office is closed and no people working there when I visited. Anyone who filed a case please let me know and we can coordinate with you also as we have conversations through email which can be a proof. Thank you

Negative experience: This is a fraud company, cheating innocent people. They show their registered documents in the presentation, all forged papers, cheating the government also, and they abscond after collecting huge amount from the members. Each and every staff of this company should be punished.

Negative experience: I book flight ticket through wings world for me and my family and i paid full amount due to corona reason i cacelled all ticket on march 2020 but till date refund amount i didn't get from wings world team they are cheating the customers... very bad experience dont trust wings world... Big cheaters in UAE....

Fantastic experience: Hello this is a real company, they supported us on our hotel booking which they gave us 5 star instead of 4 star hotel Accommodation, looking forward for the dhow cruise ans will recommend this to my friends

I am really happy that i did not buy any package from them as they will offer expensive package at very cheap prices to trap people.. even will give vouchers which are of no use as they are mere papers for fooling people... kindly do not visit them on any calls or message. they are absolutely fraud.

I have been to travelling across world and have visited many countries through many different travel agencies. Wings world have really taken care of each and every small micro things or you can say wishes of me as travellers on foreign land ...my family and me will surely refer Wings World for any of future vacation plans .. All best guys keep serving the best you are at..

Negative experience: Horrible company operating in different names(galaxy grand). 100% fraud company. They take your money and dont provide any services. Beware of their staffs. Bloody cheaters they are!! They cheated many people across UAE. We are one victims!

Negative experience: Given voucher to me but after sending email for booking dhow cruise, no response. I send message and the lady told they will respond but even after a month, they didn't respond. Wasted my valuable time. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: They are a bunch or fraudsters. Package purchased but when wanting book no response from the company. All numbers have now been disconnected and office is locked. DED investigation underway and criminal case has been opened with Dubai Police.

Negative experience: This is another fake company an extension of old fake company called reliance hub services. There main businesses is to cheat people and loot them by giving the false promises of sending people on holidays. The photos they are circulating does not belongs to them instead they are showing from other companies. i would suggest all the people not to be a part of this trap by spending your valuable money into it.

Negative experience: This is very worst company. No response. Not picking up phone calls. No reply on mails. I have taken a package of flight tickets and one abroad tour. Paid huge amount of money. But, when inform them to book flight tickets well in advance. No response from them . Afraid, Our money got wasted.

Negative experience: GROUP OF FRAUD. Got cheated and lost nearly 30K AED. Please don't entertain any one who ask to fill up your details to get free tour trip. These people will be mainly at malls and shopping centres. Just avoid them. Both their "setup" office are empty and they vanished with new "PLAN" to make us fool. Don't JUMP

Negative experience: Got a call from them that i won a voucher. i told them i dont want bcz all they are scam but they pushed me to come stating that we are not fake. Took my family all the way to sharjah wasted my time their, got voucher and since 10 days trying to book hotel stay inside UAE with them, no one answers call and no one replies to email. Thank God i did not buy any loyalty card from them. I am 100% sure these 5 star reviews are all paid and from friends, staff & their families.

Negative experience: They called us telling that we have won a staycation voucher and we should collect it from their office only. It was bit a bizarre since company’s can send the voucher via mail rather than wasting customers valuable time but they insisted many times on call and we went only to find ourselves attending their half an hour promotional briefing. After wasting our time we were informed with dull face that we can sent a mail to them and get our voucher redeemed after a month. It was very unprofessional and cheating in a way.

Negative experience: They sounded scammers to me, I received a call without any background or reason. I been told I was picked from a draw well they didn’t asked any proof of it. Received message from a Indian number. Scary Scam.

Negative experience: They call you regrading that you won a free voucher for dinner. After visiting them they try to sell their holiday packages to you. Which seems completely fake. After you decline their offer they dont respond you back. Very poor and unprofessional attitude

They will call u and tell you to come and collect your free coupons which you can redeem only if you buy their membership and they won't even respond to you if you don't buy their membership. Please don't waste your hard earned money and your time going to these people.

Negative experience: Since 2 months and above i am trying to get 1 night stay in UAE which they offered at the time of registering for the package. I sent so many emails whatsapp but no use of it.. i already applied for the tickets as well which was included in the package and there is no update on that as well. I request wings team to sort out my issues..

Positive experience: The Dow cruise arranged by the team was very good. The staff especially Seema was very co-operative and she made sure she could arrange the tour for us within the time limit. The hospitality was good from the staff at the Dow cruise and the food was reasonably ok too.

Negative experience: If you really wanted to waste your time and your hardly earned money yes this is the place. They will call you and say that you won the raffle draw just come and collect your voucher after you collect it after wasting our time and money . For reservations or booking their phones are always out of order even the complain emails doesn’t work/ doesn’t get delivered..,! Big time cheaters & Fraudsters!!!!!

Negative experience: They called us at their office and gave us a complimentary voucher and then when i contacted them to redeem my voucher, there is no response from their side. They keep sending me we will give you a confirmation soon but haven't got any from the past week! When you do not intend to give what you have promised then don't just waste people's time by giving them fake vouchers! That is lame publicity.

Had a wonderful experience of Baku very well organized and planned itenary special thanks to Vidika for always being there whenever we needed her. Her knowledge about the places were a cherry on top of the cake without her a successful tour was not possible with regards to the hotels and food both were amazing . The excursions were amazing as well. Tour guides team in Baku was cooperative and so friendly, helpful and interactive with us, also so attentive for answering all our questions and gave us the proper advices. I would like to thank Pranay also for wonderful support from starting till now.

Negative experience: worst services ever, Charging VAT on Air line tickets, Beawre Once you pay them something never expect for any refund because THEY DONT HAVE REFUND POLICY, form agent to managment everyone is just a story teller.

Negative experience: Very bad CRM, very unprofessional team. It been 6 months - there were about 6 people who have changed as point of contact to me. None of the staff have any answers to the queries raised by the customer. There is no responsible contact person who is willing to help me with my travel related bookings. The icing on the top, I didn't receive my loyalty card and the app is still under process past 6 months. Inspite of getting in touch with the respective CRM multiple times , they have proven to be of no help and no guidance , whatsoever to any of my queries or requests. They have taken a huge sum of money from me in the first meeting for the membership package and absolutely didn't contact me after that at all. I've been kept in dark. I've been contacting them repeatedly and absolutely got no qualitative response.

Negative experience: Hi, I Joined a tour package by Paying AED1100 as initial offer and the very next day morning I informed them not to proceed with the membership. I asked for a refund but they said they would issue tickets to me against paid money for which I am followed up and they are not ready to issue tickets for May in March and neither giving me my refund. They (Seema & Nancy) saying that I should wait for 45days post cancellation to get refund with 25% Deduction and not offering any services for the my money which is stuck... I seriously feel bad and fishy. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN SORT THIS OUT AT THE EARLIEST ... SEEKING YOUR KIND HELP.... I AM READY TO RETURN ALL THE FREE VOUCHERS AS WELL.... I DONT NEED ANY OF YOUR SERVICES BUT PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY AS I AM JST AN ORDINARY PERSON AND NOT A VIP.

Positive experience: We wanted a full Europe tour but as the days were very less we managed for Britain and France, and we got a really cheap package from Wings world it was a good bargain for us. The hotels were awesome, it is the journey that matters not the place u spend the night at. And anyway u get what u pay for. So we really enjoyed a lot, and London just stole my heart. I wish to come back here again and again. This time with great plan and customisation. Thank you
