Negative experience: I didn't renew my visit visa to them before it's March 2021 then till now I have problem because last time I came to them they asking me 20,000 dirham for removing absconding they put but I don't have money so till now I'm in big trouble.

Negative experience: تعاملهم سيئ جدا بالاخص اذا كنت عربي وتتكلم العربيه لا انصح بهم ابدا وعلي المسؤولين تبديل كامل طاقم العمل كبدايه أوليه للإصلاح العملي

Negative experience: the worst company I have ever seen ! a company that steals money from its own customers they don't make a visit visa they first nothing put u blacklist than make money from u And we should pay for nothing Because our overstays only two days It’s horror travel company Progoti lamé duck!!!

Negative experience: It is one of the worst travel agencies in the UAE, they have the worst policy and they put in blacklist after 2 days of overstay. They want to earn money no matter what whether it’s halal or haram they don’t care. Secondly, everyone in this company wants to make money for themselves and no one compliance with the company policies. They don’t even have a policy and have the worst staff with zero professionalism. I can’t find 0 star that’s why I am giving them 1 star.

Negative experience: This travel agency is the literal worst. I’m not one to make bad reviews this public but take it from me and save yourself your money and stress. It’s like a scam with a physical address and I do not know why the police is still not involved yet especially since they’re situated in a lawful state like Abu Dhabi. No star or thumbs down is the best rating from top (the ceo) to bottom (their staff). They take your money and fail to fix your visa. I hope people check them out first on Google before going into any commitment with them. Literal thieves!

Negative experience: They will abscond you with in 5 days if you take visa from them without any prior notice.It happened to my ex colleague and absconding charge in tasjeel they told 3800 but this travels is asking 4500 AED & on top of this 200 AED extra for fine also.My colleague told me when he went there saw a bundles of paper for the same case. They are looting people by this and living.

Negative experience: A complete scammer, earning money by fake absconding report. They put me in big trouble. They have so many agents who are working on behalf of them in Dubai like Wahat Al Manama Documents Clearing Services which is located in Hor al Anz. Though I informed them everything and was keeping in touch with them, also send all documents of my employment visa application but still they filed a case on me as an absconder. You (Progoti...) will get back a very good result very soon what you earned by cheating people. I wish one day I will visit there and beat them badly from top to bottom and who knows may be I will do it in near future. Don't trust them and stay away from this types of ROBBER.

Negative experience: They absconded my friend, their copartners (TRAVEL SHOP Dubai)took money from us visa charges and plus over stay charges.if applicant is absconded by them already , why did they apply his visa again and took charges for all,now asking 5000dh to remove bane.their co-partners (TRAVEL SHOP Dubai)they were handling our case..

Negative experience: I would give them no star. Worst travel agency in UAE. Very rude staff and they are a rip off. They have problems with the government which subsequently affects their customers!
