Negative experience: I faced a very bad experience from electra street branch,but in Hamdan street branch is customer service is very good.

Positive experience: I booked the ticket and flight cancelled, one month finished still back money not received, the travel agent waiting from airlines refund. Bad experience, i booked ticket from travel agent and why waiting for airlines refund.
