Negative experience: Bad service Incompetent workers High prices They will book for you in one of the local places by the beach and charge you extra and they will not tell you till after u pay Save your time and money and go directly to the shops by the beach

Negative experience: Took sunset cruise tour in Dubai marina last week.Initially I inadvertently booked add on drink package which they neither refunded nor adjusted in cruise tour.I requested customer service team but only got rude answers stating rules don't allow them. Also, cruise tour was lacklustre lacking good food and vibes which we expect so not recommended.I suggest to go with other operators like Platinumlist who are flexible and geniune

Negative experience: They provide services based on nationality. If you have a certain country nationality they will leave the chat box without any answer.

Negative experience: We had the worst experience.
Negative experience: Been trying to reach to someone I can discuss my inquiry for a corporate package, hence, the lady on the other line interrupted and said "one second", then transfers me without saying anything. Worst thing is, the call got dropped!
