Negative experience: Very poor customer service call center kept on ringing no one picked up calls even after several attempts and no reply to mails

Negative experience: Worst staff at Sharjah office. I came in the day time and the lady told me there is an evening shift so you should come in evening, when we came again in evening nobody is there. Worst experience

Fantastic experience: Superb service, the lady at the desk was very informative and quick and really helpful.

Negative experience: The cashier man was so slow and provocative. I had to wait for too long although there was no one else in the queue. He kept me waiting and waiting although I told him that I had to check-out of my hotel in one hour
