Negative experience: I do not advise to deal with this agency ( SATA ) at all , it was really very bad trial with them , I tried to issue visa for my parents , registrar did not aware me about some nationalities automatically rejected ,when I review to know about acceptance he said it was rejected from security and advised me wrongly to go to Sharjah passports and visa at ( AlRahmanya ) from reception they told me go to airport at airport , passport government registrar said bring with you a registrar from Sata office their registrar said this nationality automatically rejected and a airport we directly aware not to proceed and you can go to ( Amer ) in Dubai when I came back to Sata office at ( Um Altorfa ) the manager there said I am not responsible to what airport registrar said Pleeease do not book from Sata

Negative experience: Read the review very carefully. This will help may of you. Our travel agency in UAE applied many family visas with SATA. But most of the time their visas are delay. The recent incident happened that they could not apply our family visa for 10 days and the customer took the visa in Dubai within 2 hours. They will say you many excuses and reasons but end of the day they have not done proper job. because of this we lost not only visa money we paid to SATA but also the tour. ALWAYS REMEMBER you must ask for the reference number of any visa application and you can check your status online. ASK FOR REFERENCE NUMBER. Negative experience: This is a warning to everyone who wants to deal with sata. They are thieves and scammers with a legal license to do so. Every bad review you read about them is true and i wish i read them first. I issued a visit visa for my wife and child through them and they overstayed by 2 days. Generally, in Dubai, you just pay the fines and leave. However, with no warning or even anywhere on their website or invoices does it mention they will blacklist the visa holders even if you overstay for 1 min. The big surprise is they had a hidden fee of 2100 dhs per person!!!!! That excludes the daily fines, and by the time you go and pay for it and wait for their lazy selves to process it it will take at least 48 hours and if your unlucky and traveled on a weekend your in big trouble!! The fines keep building up on you. Please everyone, don't use them for your own sanity. The employees don't care! The phone support is crappie and everyone is a lier in their offices. You have been warned! Please read other reviews and becareful.

Negative experience: BE CAREFUL FROM THIS AGENCY !!!!!! They deceive people the 1st day of echeance visa they blacklist them without warning them or inform them (which is not professional) to earn more money around 6480 aed approximately 1800 usd. I was proceeding with the emirates id for my employee since his photo passport was refused and we need to send a new one we were late for 1 day. SATA blocked his papers and we couldn't proceed with his id. Not recommended at all ! We are a very respectful Company in Dubai. And we respect our clients and our employees

Negative experience: I applied for a visa through SATA travel using their online application for both my husband and I. After submitting the application, I realized that I selected 'Normal' processing time instead of 'Urgent'. Also on the confirmation form, I received the same ID as my husband's and our nationalities were denoted as 'Indian' and not our original nationality. I sent emails and made calls to SATA headquarters but no one ever answers the calls, neither have I received any email replies. I called the immigration office a number of times and no one answered on December 29th, 2022. When I call the other SATA branches, all I'm told to do is to call the headquarters. The process for cancellation and refund has been very difficult. Please if SATA reads this review, kindly reach out to me about my visa application. I had to cancel my flight because of the visa issues. I NEED HELP SATA. Thanks.

Negative experience: More than four years ago, I used to deal with SATA, Abu Dhabi office, mainly for visa change trips. They used to privide a reliable service. In my recent dealings, or rather attempts to deal with them, I was faced with rude staff attitude. On 17 Dec 2022, I called SATA office, Abu Dhabi. The person who responded was extremely rude and hot-tempered and appeared reluctant to answer my questions. I understand that their business is facing the stress of changing visa requirements, market changes etc. , but with this attitude, I am unwilling to deal with them. May be I was unlucky to deal with the wrong staff member, but a service company should have attitude standards if it hopes to remain in business.

Negative experience: المعاملة غير جيدة ذهبت إلى مكتب ديرة دوار السمكة وسئلت موظف من الجنسية الهندية عن سعر تذاكر الطيران قال اذهب الى المكتب شركة الشامسي للسفريات هذا المكتب ليسه تابع وكالة مطار الشارقة للسفريات وتقدمة بشكوى الي الإدارة والي الان لا يوجد اهتمام بشكوى انا كل سنه أحجز من هذا المكتب ولكن الآن معاملة سيئ جدا جدا
