Negative experience: Just like everybody else I'm another victim Booked for 1 night through them but the hotel didn't allow us to check in because there was no booking and they were full. All other hotels were also full so we slept in the street. Been over 2 months following to get my money back and their reply is we will look in to it and escalate to our finance department. Today I submitted a complaint to DET department and I will see the outcome. Ps. To anyone still chasing them to get back their money: I got in touch with Dubai Internet City free zone , as they are registered there, and made a complaint to them while sending my supporting documents . Next day or two Rehlat email me asking my bank details for a refund and within a few days- weeks the money was back in to my account.

Negative experience: Complete scam. I searched for room on their site for July 20th-21st, had my girlfriend double check as I have made the mistake before in putting the wrong dates BUTTTT... This time the website changed my date to show a cheaper option of the 21st-22nd and didn’t inform me of that. I paid for the room and then when I arrived I was told that the booking was for the following day. I tried to go on their live chat to speak with them as I didn’t have a local sim for calling and no one responded to me. I called today and they said unless I have proof of the entire screen recording of me making the booking and that happening, that they will not do anything to help. I live about 80% of the year in hotels and have never had a site alter dates for me. First and last time I use this site. Scam

Negative experience: Thieves . Overcharged my card by 50 AED without authorisation . I was checking for Savoy hotel online . All platforms showed me a rate of 220 aed . Rehlat showed up as 170 AED . I booked immediately . The payment gateway then displayed a rate of 185 aed including whataspp confirmation . And when I finally checke my card, I was debited 220 AED . Why do these people cheat If you dont have a cheaper rate , dont be online . shut your shop and get lost. But this is blatant cheating , misrepresentation of information , and finally, a legal offence for unauthorised charging of your credit card for an amount which has not been consented . Thieves .
Please be aware that the convenience fee is added to the reservation value as a service fee for the payment gateway and is applied to all online transactions with all cards. these fees are shown before you complete the payment and you can check the price details on the payment page to verify the reservation value, taxes, and convenience fee. Negative experience: UPD: your help@ is useless! All phone numbers are linked to the same phone and the same person is answering the calls!!! Negative experience: I booked accommodation through this website. However when I arrived at the hotel they said my booking had been cancelled 2 weeks ago by Rehlat. I tried ringing Rehlat to see what had happened but the representative did not seem to know and just said they would pass it along to their accounts team. This however didn't help me with where I was going to stay that night. As the hotel was fully booked the receptionist there helped us find somewhere else to stay in the end. Once home I spent almost 2 months trying to get a refund and in the end I had to get my credit-card company to chase it for me as a fraudulent transaction. Although they kept saying they would get their accounts team to give me a refund it never arrived. Total scam artists, I would not use them or recommend them ever again.

If I could give it 0 star I would it is the worst experience we ve had when it comes to booking a hotel We purchased a 3 nights stay in abu dhabi for eid, I called the hotel 2 days prior and they told me that the reservation is not comfirmed. So I called rehlat and thet assured me that the reservation is comfirmed with the hotel front desk and that i can proceed with check in. Once I reach the hotel we were denied check in on the basis that rehlat didnt pay the room, and from 2 pm to 6 or 7 pm we are sitting in the lobby waiting and rehlat s answer is keep on waiting until we comfirm the booking. At the end of the day we were denied check in and we had to drive back home. Now almost 10 days later we are still waiting for a refund and all we get is automated messages they dont even bother emailing me with a proper response. I wish I checked the reviews before booking. The sane story of being denied check in happened to many before us. They are a scam. Other agent would have cancelled the booking and refunded us as soon as they realise that the booking cannot be honored.

Negative experience: The FBI needs to be notified @FBI Scam! I paid them for a hotel room through them and when the hotel attempted to get the money from them, their credit card was denied. When I called their customer service, they said they would contact someone who would call me in a few days. Negative experience: SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT Worst flight booking experience ever. After the booking was paid for in full, they asked me to pay 30-40 AED extra for a price change. Once that payment was transacted, it took them two days to understand that the booking was not confirmed. After which I had to book a new flight pay twice as much considering the flight was within 24 hours. When I called them, they told me that the refund would be processed in 7 days. Negative experience: DANGER and BE AWARE, this site and service provider is definately a professional SCAM. Avoid at all costs for travel bookings, go elsewhere. They will take your booking and money and then for no valid reason, overnight just cancel your booking at the last minute and then refuse to give you your money back. They are frauds and will just feed you lies to run you around. Steer clear for all online travel and accommodation bookings. If there was a way to close down fraudulent business and people like this, they should be the first target. Negative experience: Adding to all the scam claims. They doubled the price of the booking the minute I made the payment. After I refused to pay the difference, they “issued a refund”. Use the wise tip from other "victims" of this company to immediately advise my bank and report this fraudulent debit, and could get back my money faster than i honestly thought. They also tried to make me pay an "upgrade fee" because my desired room was not available, i booked with another more trustful website and could get my room without any problem of availability nor price. Negative experience: Rehlat is fraud website, first they will show lower price after deducting your money, they will call you and will inform you to pay more, as price is not valid. Negative experience: Booking ID: RAE2177441 Now almost one year but no response from them it’s time to report it to police about this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO REFUND. LIES. What an absolute disgrace. I made a hotel booking 5 months ago, for 2 nights. Paid a lot of money. Next day, booking got cancelled with no explanation. After calling them multiple times, they finally sent me an email confirming that they would refund the full amount “within 10-12 business days”. It’s been 5 months. NO REFUND. I have sent over 30 emails in total, every time I receive a copy&paste answer, often with the exact same wording. Literally zero customer support. They keep telling me they will get back to me ASAP, they have forwarded my request on high priority, I will hear back within 2-3 business days, etc. NOTHING. I have even called them multiple times, each time the same thing. “You have to wait”. I have asked to speak to a manager, and they tell me that they have “raised the request” and that I would get contacted by a manager “as soon as possible”. I did this several times, never got a call. They have taken my money, cancelled the booking for no reason, and refuse to give the money back to me. I am raising a complaint with my bank and with consumer rights authorities. They are headquartered in Kuwait, so if necessary, I will go all the way there to file an official complaint and take this further. I am not letting this go. Never. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Open a dispute with you credit card company as it is the only way to get your money back. Negative experience: Don't ever book from this app if you don't want your hard-earned money to go to waste and experience stress. I booked here three months prior to our vacation. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff said they didn't receive the payment. They spent hours calling Rehlat to fix the issue, and we waited in the lobby like beggar because the hotel refused to let us in. We offered to pay in cash due to travel fatigue, but they declined. Be careful, you need to pay in advance, even all the other booking companies do not ask for payment in advance, Rehlat, does it. They charge commission at the time of booking, and when you cancel they charge another commission, 3.2% of the booking value. Negative experience: Rehlat is appalling and I'd strongly advise anyone to avoid making any booking with them. They have taken funds from me for a hotel booking in Dubai and never paid the hotel which meant the hotel subsequently had to charge me directly after they received no response from Rehlat. Positive experience: IT IS NOT A SCAM, BUT THEY HAVE THINGS TO WORK OUT INTERNALLY ! I booked a hotel using this site on 20 of July for 6 November, payment 100% advance. I also had an issue with the reservation, meaning that when i arrived at the hotel the booking was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so we had to book another hotel the same day and pay for it of course. It wasn`t a pleasant situation for us considering that we arrived in a foreign country with no place to sleep and the booking was still CONFIRMED on Rehlat account. That being said, we wrote to help@ and they answered the same day confirming the reservation again...that was impossible since the manager showed me the email she received cancelling the reservation on the 15th of September. After a few more e-mails that had no answer from Rehlat we received our money back. It only took 2 weeks. Negative experience: update: 04/10/2023 with the help of my bank, i have requested a chargeback. it will take time (approx 2 months) but the bank had helped recover my money. please do the same don't wait for REHLAT to refund because they will never do. update: 23/08/2023 Their Agent emailed me saying that they have accepted the CHARGEBACK from their side, which i had to do because they are not refunding, the nerve of this agent to tell me that they have accepted the chargeback when in the first place they could have refunded it sooner. AGAIN DON'T FALL FOR THESE SCAMMERS update: 22/08/2023 BOOKING ID: BID RAE2243414 No signs of Refund, still same automated replies. I have also filed a police report on this, awaiting for update. Please do not wait for weeks for your refund, do something to get your money back! PLEASE NEVER BOOK ON THIS SITE, AGAIN PLEASEE DONT! NEVER BOOK ON THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I HAVE MADE A HOTEL RESERVATION LAST JUNE 29, 2023. AFTER THAT, THEY EMAILED ME SAYING THAT THE ROOM THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE BOOKED WAS ALREADY SOLD OUT , AND HAVE ASKED ME TO ADD 207DHS IF I WANT TO PROCEED WITH ANOTHER ROOM. I REFUSED TO DO THAT AND ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND, THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE REFUNDED WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS, NOW I KNEW THAT THEY NEVER INITIATED THE REFUND, AND THAT THEY WERE STALLING ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER RIGHTS, LET SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN. AS I SAID NEVER ALLOW YOURSELF TO BOOK ON THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE FAKE!!!

Negative experience: BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! SCAM ALERT!! Be very cautious when you book from this completely unreliable company.....I made a booking but before i could go through with the payment i realized that the name mentioned was wrong so i went back and made a new booking and double checked everything and proceeded with the payment....but still somehow they captured the wrong name and made the wrong booking.....i called them within minutes but they said they cant do anything......next day back and forth of emails they shared a picture in which it was mentioned that i had tried to make the booking using the right name but they still denied it telling it was my mistake.....they also sent an email stating that if i would have called them within 24 hours of the same day they could have done somthing.........well shocking i did call them and they did not do anything.......PLEASE FELLOW PASSENGERS....DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY CAUSE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! On top of it all they said they can change the name for an additional 640 AED while the Airline was charging me a mere 270 for cancellation....so not only would i have been given Rehlat 640 more but they would also be enjoying an extra 220 aed which would be refunded to them by the airlines......Nice way to ROB people in daylight!!!! Will be contacting the authorities to take appropriate action against this company who is robbing people Ultimately we did give in and settled for the 220nAED that was supposed to be refunded which we were promised to receive within 20-25 working days.......But SURPRISE SURPRISE its been 4 months and we have still not received our money.........Im helpless and dont know where to go.....Please Help!!!!!!

Negative experience: Zero Star!!! Until Now My Money Has Not Been Refunded. It'S Been Three Months. I Booked A Ticket Last June 05, 2023. And On The Same Day I Received An Email That The Booking Is Unable To Confirm And They Will Give And Process The Refund In 20 Working Days. Many Working Days Had Passed And Until Now My Refund Has Not Been Receive. I'M Calling Them Almost Everyday Just To Follow Up My Refund. Their Response Is The Same "It'S On Process", "Someone From Our Finance Team Will Contact You". ''We Already Raised Your Concern To The Management". But It'S Been Three Months And No Finance Team Has Contacted Me And If I Will Not Call Them They Will Not Give An Update. Even Their Email Has No Used. No One Will Reply. Still No Action Until Today (Aug. 17, 2023). If There Is Negative Star, I Will Give Them Negative Star....Worst Customer Service.. Never bothered to reply to the emails I sent. Booking Reference 2050440 AE It was not my fault at all the fare displayed in site was wrong and I am suffering now.

Negative experience: Dear please don't book ticket through Rehlat, it is totally scam I booked ticket on May 2023 as per airfare showed In Rehlat but they increase price after I paid. it is totally their mistake. They promised me refund the money with in two months but iam waiting for six months. so many reminders I send but there is no response.

Negative experience: Be careful ⛔️⛔️⛔️. This is a scam organisation. They will take your money, than will e-mail you that they cannot confirm your flight or anything of the services they provide. You will receive an email for the refund tells you they will refund you the money, but guess what? Correct, you will never receive your money back. Their customer service is bunch of Egyptian dudes who live on these fraud transactions. Be careful, and go and book your tickets from the airline's website. Don't lose your money over these thief's. ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ One of the victims speaking __________________________ They reply to this review to show people that they are legit and it's a normal issue.
