Negative experience: I have made a reservation with this agency for a booking from Fez to Paris, for the next 10 days, I have sent more than 5 mails to recieve an invoice, all what I recieve, is your request has been forwarded to our customer support, without any real treatment of this request, it’s very annoying, poor customer experience and frustrating

Negative experience: Just like everybody else I'm another victim Booked for 1 night through them but the hotel didn't allow us to check in because there was no booking and they were full. All other hotels were also full so we slept in the street. Been over 2 months following to get my money back and their reply is we will look in to it and escalate to our finance department. Today I submitted a complaint to DET department and I will see the outcome. Ps. To anyone still chasing them to get back their money: I got in touch with Dubai Internet City free zone , as they are registered there, and made a complaint to them while sending my supporting documents . Next day or two Rehlat email me asking my bank details for a refund and within a few days- weeks the money was back in to my account.

Negative experience: Complete scam. I searched for room on their site for July 20th-21st, had my girlfriend double check as I have made the mistake before in putting the wrong dates BUTTTT... This time the website changed my date to show a cheaper option of the 21st-22nd and didn’t inform me of that. I paid for the room and then when I arrived I was told that the booking was for the following day. I tried to go on their live chat to speak with them as I didn’t have a local sim for calling and no one responded to me. I called today and they said unless I have proof of the entire screen recording of me making the booking and that happening, that they will not do anything to help. I live about 80% of the year in hotels and have never had a site alter dates for me. First and last time I use this site. Scam

Negative experience: Thieves . Overcharged my card by 50 AED without authorisation . I was checking for Savoy hotel online . All platforms showed me a rate of 220 aed . Rehlat showed up as 170 AED . I booked immediately . The payment gateway then displayed a rate of 185 aed including whataspp confirmation . And when I finally checke my card, I was debited 220 AED . Why do these people cheat If you dont have a cheaper rate , dont be online . shut your shop and get lost. But this is blatant cheating , misrepresentation of information , and finally, a legal offence for unauthorised charging of your credit card for an amount which has not been consented . Thieves .

Negative experience: i have not received the refund and i have waited more than a month now. never received a reply from the email or any calls from the customer service. this is ridiculous. I've made a call and they are saying the same thing over and over and over again. financial team can only be contacted through the email but nobody is sending any messages. They just asked me to wait 48 hours 48hours 48hours. What kind of a company is this?

Negative experience: they are not worth even 1 star , this company is short term company , yesterday i reserve 4 tickets but by mistake i choose wrong date when i call for date change they request 1090 per ticket then i ask them so refund me my money they told we can refund 1000 only but i paid 4400 so they need to deduct 3400 i shocked really my advise to everyone do not deal with that company ,only one day left for reservation they need to deduct 3400 from my total of 4400 they refund me only 1000

Never use them, they have the worst website ever and their prices aren’t real, they would send you a confirmation for a hotel that is not even booked with the property, I had one of the most horrible experience of my life to arrive to the hotel and get surprised that it wasn’t even booked and yet they didn’t refund my money after several follow-ups.

Negative experience: UPD: your help@ is useless! All phone numbers are linked to the same phone and the same person is answering the calls!!! Either you call UAE, Kuwait or Canada - Mohammed will be the one answering the calls! I still need my refund since July 2023!! FRAUDS!!!! Negative experience: I booked accommodation through this website. However when I arrived at the hotel they said my booking had been cancelled 2 weeks ago by Rehlat. I tried ringing Rehlat to see what had happened but the representative did not seem to know and just said they would pass it along to their accounts team. This however didn't help me with where I was going to stay that night. As the hotel was fully booked the receptionist there helped us find somewhere else to stay in the end. Once home I spent almost 2 months trying to get a refund and in the end I had to get my credit-card company to chase it for me as a fraudulent transaction. Although they kept saying they would get their accounts team to give me a refund it never arrived. Total scam artists, I would not use them or recommend them ever again.

If I could give it 0 star I would it is the worst experience we ve had when it comes to booking a hotel We purchased a 3 nights stay in abu dhabi for eid, I called the hotel 2 days prior and they told me that the reservation is not comfirmed. So I called rehlat and thet assured me that the reservation is comfirmed with the hotel front desk and that i can proceed with check in. Once I reach the hotel we were denied check in on the basis that rehlat didnt pay the room, and from 2 pm to 6 or 7 pm we are sitting in the lobby waiting and rehlat s answer is keep on waiting until we comfirm the booking. At the end of the day we were denied check in and we had to drive back home. Now almost 10 days later we are still waiting for a refund and all we get is automated messages they dont even bother emailing me with a proper response. I wish I checked the reviews before booking. The sane story of being denied check in happened to many before us. They are a scam. Other agent would have cancelled the booking and refunded us as soon as they realise that the booking cannot be honored.

Negative experience: The FBI needs to be notified @FBI Scam! I paid them for a hotel room through them and when the hotel attempted to get the money from them, their credit card was denied. When I called their customer service, they said they would contact someone who would call me in a few days. They said it wasn’t possible for me to speak to any supervisor and also said they couldn’t cancel the payment I had made to them, nor could they give the hotel a valid account for me to get my room

Negative experience: This is the worst company I have ever dealing with because they took extra charge for already included baggage in my ticket already around 200 dirham for Nothing and also refused to give me the bill or this amount of money. If I would have already seen other peoples review, I would have never dealt with them. Ghatiya company. Negative experience: SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT Worst flight booking experience ever. After the booking was paid for in full, they asked me to pay 30-40 AED extra for a price change. Once that payment was transacted, it took them two days to understand that the booking was not confirmed. After which I had to book a new flight pay twice as much considering the flight was within 24 hours. When I called them, they told me that the refund would be processed in 7 days. It’s been over a month and a half and they still haven’t processed the refund. If you are reading this review REHLAT, just process my refund. Just an update: It’s been over 6 months, my money is still not refunded I have sent several emails and followed up a million times

This Issue was escalated to Dubai Court and now waiting for decision. ————————————————————— The booking made on 16/11/2022 and i canceled the booking on 18/11/2022. I requested for a refund from this date already for the booking ID#2002569 and till now nothing from your side. How you are promising your customers that refund will be processed in 20 business days? Maybe you meant 20 business months. Worst experience ever.

Negative experience: DANGER and BE AWARE, this site and service provider is definately a professional SCAM. Avoid at all costs for travel bookings, go elsewhere. They will take your booking and money and then for no valid reason, overnight just cancel your booking at the last minute and then refuse to give you your money back. They are frauds and will just feed you lies to run you around. Steer clear for all online travel and accommodation bookings. If there was a way to close down fraudulent business and people like this, they should be the first target. FYI: I have emailed and called them (>10 times) as they request and absolutely no follow up action, no refund and no apology. As I said, this is a total SCAM, avoid this site and provider...

Negative experience: I booked a hotel and paid online rehlat.ae When I checked in, I was surprised that the hotel was not paid!!! I paid the hotel and requested rehlat.ae for the refund. Now more than 5 weeks chasing them for the refund. They are having serious issues with payments and refunds. Avoid them. Zero star. UPDATE : Finally, I received my refund after 50 days. Negative experience: Adding to all the scam claims. They doubled the price of the booking the minute I made the payment. After I refused to pay the difference, they “issued a refund”. They issued exactly nothing. Weeks later I am still chasing them just to receive “I am checking with our finance department” - which clearly you don’t even have. Hit me up if you want to take collaborative legal action. Sites like this deserve to be shut down.

Negative experience: I can only relate and confirm all the other comments, SCAM company !! Use the wise tip from other "victims" of this company to immediately advise my bank and report this fraudulent debit, and could get back my money faster than i honestly thought. They also tried to make me pay an "upgrade fee" because my desired room was not available, i booked with another more trustful website and could get my room without any problem of availability nor price. I will never book anything on Rehlat again and will now pay more attention when booking hotels through Google, these guys should not be referenced, they are damaging the great opinion i have so far o booking hotels through the google booking engine to get nice deals

Negative experience: Also adding to all the scam claims. They didn't book the luggage I booked with the flights. Had to pay for luggage at the check in counter. Made the complaint and I was meant to be refunded the amount I paid for luggage. Till date, still waiting for the refund. Hit me up as well, if you want to take collaborative legal action. Sites like this definitely deserve to be shut down.

Negative experience: This company is a complete scam, they will charge your card, you will get an original code for the airlines, will change it a day before. Then once to the airport they will pull the funds from the airport.

Going to report them now , haven’t got the refund from last 3 months , I booked a room for 24 OMR and they emailed me that you have to pay 79 OMR for one day room as there was a glitch in website !! When I told them it’s out of my budget they are not refunding my money !!

Negative experience: Rehlat is fraud website, first they will show lower price after deducting your money, they will call you and will inform you to pay more, as price is not valid. If you want refund they will not pay you back. My refund is pending from last 3 months. they don't have any office or manager to whom you can talk. Negative experience: Booking ID: RAE2177441 Now almost one year but no response from them it’s time to report it to police about this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NO REFUND. LIES. What an absolute disgrace. I made a hotel booking 5 months ago, for 2 nights. Paid a lot of money. Next day, booking got cancelled with no explanation. After calling them multiple times, they finally sent me an email confirming that they would refund the full amount “within 10-12 business days”. It’s been 5 months. NO REFUND. I have sent over 30 emails in total, every time I receive a copy&paste answer, often with the exact same wording. Literally zero customer support. They keep telling me they will get back to me ASAP, they have forwarded my request on high priority, I will hear back within 2-3 business days, etc. NOTHING. I have even called them multiple times, each time the same thing. “You have to wait”. I have asked to speak to a manager, and they tell me that they have “raised the request” and that I would get contacted by a manager “as soon as possible”. I did this several times, never got a call. They have taken my money, cancelled the booking for no reason, and refuse to give the money back to me. I am raising a complaint with my bank and with consumer rights authorities. They are headquartered in Kuwait, so if necessary, I will go all the way there to file an official complaint and take this further. I am not letting this go. Never. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Negative experience: Finally GOT THE REFUND!!! Refund of almost Aed 600 not received more than a month when they said they would process it in 10 days! I had already written to help@rehlat and made several calls but in vain!!! I went through the frustrating process of calling and unresponsive emails like many on this page. So I finally contacted consumer rights and informed the police, filed an efraud report. Got the refund immediately. It really was helpful. So thought I would post how I managed to get the refund if I could help anyone out here. Hope all of you also get your money back too.

Negative experience: I was scammed by Rehlat. Stay away from them at all cost. I lost my $500 on hotel booking with them. They will never refund your money. Open a dispute with you credit card company as it is the only way to get your money back. The worst thing is they cancelled my booking a day ahead of my travel and I had to pay double the amount for other hotel for my last minute booking.

The refund amount of 4038.00 AED will be processed within 2-3 working days & credited to your bank account within an additional 3-4 days depending on your local bank. Kindly note for instant refunds we can credit the same amount into KARAM+ account which you can use for future bookings with REHLAT without any expiry dates. You can use your Karam Plus credit in any reservation on Rehlat website (flight - hotel reservation) In case of any delay please send us an email for immediate action. Thanks & Regards Raja. And there is nothing from their side to carry responsibility of all the trouble that happened because of their careless service. Never trust such agencies

Negative experience: Cheater, Fraud and Scammer. I booked the tickets on 19 june and they cancel it same day and promised to refund 100% within 20 working days. But untill today i call them 100s of times, but no refund, i went their office but no office exist, they are doing fraid in UAE, dont fall in trap of cheap fare. J'ai du re-payer une chambre. J'ai ouvert un ticket d'incident sans aucune suite de leur part. Attention donc !!!

Negative experience: 建議大家不要訂這個平台，我們第一次在這間訂房就被欺騙，一訂房就扣款沒什麼問題，也收到訂房資訊，等到日本的時候櫃檯說我們取消訂單，但我們根本沒有取消。我們透過平台訂這間房間看起來中間經過很多仲介旅行社，有杜拜當地的，還有海外旅行社，再到當地旅行社，資訊在到飯店。 飯店告知我們訂房被取消我們還打了國際客服電話，客服還回覆沒取消訂單，他們會處理，事實上根本是敷衍+拖延沒處理，到最後我們只好直接再付一次房費給飯店。回台灣處理也是一直寄信一直ok說財務部正在退款流程，但是已經三個月，現在連回信他們都懶得回了。 如果你想要有愉快的旅程，千萬不要訂這個平台。真的是沒了心情還白花錢。 後續：請不要再回覆官方留言，現在已經沒有任何人再回覆任何信件了，根本沒有人在處理。找不到人了！

Pre paid in full for a room at a Ramada in Dubai and the Hotel refuses to accept guest at check in as they have not received information from this company and have no booking. Negative experience: I booked flight tickets with Rehlat last summer (June 2023), for some reason tickets were not issued even though I paid full amount, I called their call center and requested to cancel the tickets and refund my money which they confirmed and sent mail stating that they will refund my money within 20 working days … It has been now almost 7 months and I still didn’t get my money back, I’m calling them almost every week and the only feedback I get is that my refund is being processed by finance department!! Please AVOID dealing with them!

Negative experience: Scammers, I did a booking and they send me a cancellation claiming they will refund the money in 3 days, it turned out to be a scam, they never did since 38 days, and their customer service just keep lying. I am filing consumer complaints in Kuwait and UAE and reporting them to banks as fraudulent. BID 2091691 AE. EDIT: The only way to get your money back is to file a dispute with the bank, it worked for me. Good luck.

It's mentioned in the first Email: the process will take 10-12 business days to refund the amount & if i don't receive the refund after 4 weeks to reach out them. After that they just copy & paste the same responses each time i contacted them: That they have encountered some payment processing issues & are working diligently to resolve them. We expect to process your refund as soon as possible. -or the refunds are getting initiated slowly so once done we will only update you with the status & receipt accordingly. -last message: we have forwarded this to our Finance Department on high priority..that was one month ago. I've received nothing till now. They are not professional & i'm wondering how they are still in business. ***AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.***

Negative experience: The worst travel agency in GCC, real scammers. They play with people’s hard earned money. For 8-9 months I have been following up with them for my refund and no response, even after the airlines confirming the refund months back. Booked a hotel in December and came to know the booking was canceled when I reached the hotel. I wonder how are UAE banks working with this fraud company. They need to be immediately reported to the UAE authorities.

Negative experience: Don't ever book from this app if you don't want your hard-earned money to go to waste and experience stress. I booked here three months prior to our vacation. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff said they didn't receive the payment. They spent hours calling Rehlat to fix the issue, and we waited in the lobby like beggar because the hotel refused to let us in. We offered to pay in cash due to travel fatigue, but they declined. Fed up after two hours, I asked Rehlat to cancel the booking asked for a refund, they agreed. I've been following up for eight months but still no refund. I even spent load and been calling them but the staff will just tell you the same thing over and over like robots. They will tell that they will follow up the issue to the finance department. These people are getting paid to tell lies to the people they’ve scammed. Shame on you! We planned to surprise our grandmother in Dubai the same day, but due to this hotel issue, we wasted hours. Unfortunately, she passed away a week after her vacation. Rehlat not only stole our money but also our precious time. I hate you scammers!

Negative experience: Do not book with them!, If I could I would've give them NO STARS at all. Be careful, you need to pay in advance, even all the other booking companies do not ask for payment in advance, Rehlat, does it. They charge commission at the time of booking, and when you cancel they charge another commission, 3.2% of the booking value. To be refunded will take 10-12 working days, taking in consideration that at the time of booking you pay straight away. It is a pathetic company to deal with, so please if you read this review, DO NOT BOOK WITH this company.

Negative experience: WORST SITE EVER!!! Never book on this site, they are scammer. Everyday i am sending an email for my refund and all i am receiving is "forwarded to concern department" it is 3month already and yet no refund deposit to my account. WORST EVER!!!!!! WORST. Imagine arriving at the hotel at 1:AM and the receptionist informing you that no booking was made.. they are so stressful. Negative experience: Rehlat is appalling and I'd strongly advise anyone to avoid making any booking with them. They have taken funds from me for a hotel booking in Dubai and never paid the hotel which meant the hotel subsequently had to charge me directly after they received no response from Rehlat. I have emailed thier customer service many times without success or significant reply. The site is borderline dodgy so please avoid to save yourself a ton of hassle and money! The best course of action is to get them banned from UK sites in order to safeguard customers from being scammed.

Negative experience: ID-Booking: RCO2732133 Fraud danger. I booked as normal and received confirmation. Then I canceled my booking because I found better accommodation. According to the app the cancellation should be free of charge but that wasn't true. Service fees of 100 euros are non-refundable. Nevertheless, I canceled my booking and waited hopelessly for 6 weeks for my refund. Then I realized I wasn't the only one affected by this fraud company.

Negative experience: Site non fiable!!!. Nous avons fait une réservation. L'argent a été prélevé immédiatement sur notre compte. Mais comme nous avons reçu aucune confirmation, pour toute sécurité, le jour après nous avons contacté l'hôtel pour vérifier si il y avait bien une réservation, et malheureusement aucune, même si la somme avait déjà été prélevé. Negative experience: It is so frustrating dealing with this company. 25 days since I choose this company to book my flight. They take money from you first and check if the seats are available for the flights you are booking. In my case, they deducted the money and told me that the flights are fully booked. AED 574.34 is still held with them and I am struggling to get my refund.

Negative experience: I fell victim to Rehlat scam. Did my air ticket booking, Money got deducted, but the air ticket was never confirmed. After multiple follow ups, they mailed about unsuccessful booking and they said to refund amount in 2-3 days, and then their cheat game starts!! I kept following up, but there has been no response. The only option they say is to email them. These guys are cheat and fraud. Stay away from them. They cheat on your hard earned money and then disappear. If google had an option to put a complain to authorities, I would report these cheaters immediately. They don't deserve a single star.

Booked the hotel on the 6/11, money were deducted from the credit card account immediately. On the next day Rehlat.ae cancelled the booking due to "technical issue" and promised the full refund after 10-12 working days. . The refund has not been received. They replied to my emails with generic messages or empty promises. Now they saying that the there is "technical issue" with the processing of the refund. It's a fraudulent company and a scam business. I filed the complaint with DET - Dubai Economy and Tourism department. They promised to investigate. Please, note : REHLAT IS NOT LICENSED BY THE DET IN THE UAE. I will file the case with Dubai Police and HSBC Middle East bank as well.

Negative experience: Total Scam. They bill you and fail to confirm bookings. Then they ignore their contact form, and only respond after being emailed directly. They then keep delaying my refund and offering canned excuses. They've also charge a "processing fee" for refunds when it's their fault since their platform doesn't work.

The website request was told that "canceling is under process". stayed like that until I checked back 1 day before and I found the status was still "canceling is under process". As the booking wasn't canceled. I called them and they refused to refund me as they told me I should have called them by phone to cancel instead of requesting cancelation from the website !!!! STAY AWAY from this website. They treat you like Scammers. They don't even offer you solutions or try to help you!

Negative experience: Do not use this travel agency for booking. They will confirm your booking in an instant and cancel then promise you a refund within 2 weeks. After sending 1 email to confirm a refund will be processed, they will not come back to you when you follow up with email. Even in calls, they are very uncooperative and will offer you other promos as a guise for the refund. My refund has been pending since April 2023 and still no luck after following up for months.

Positive experience: IT IS NOT A SCAM, BUT THEY HAVE THINGS TO WORK OUT INTERNALLY ! I booked a hotel using this site on 20 of July for 6 November, payment 100% advance. I also had an issue with the reservation, meaning that when i arrived at the hotel the booking was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so we had to book another hotel the same day and pay for it of course. It wasn`t a pleasant situation for us considering that we arrived in a foreign country with no place to sleep and the booking was still CONFIRMED on Rehlat account. That being said, we wrote to help@ and they answered the same day confirming the reservation again...that was impossible since the manager showed me the email she received cancelling the reservation on the 15th of September. After a few more e-mails that had no answer from Rehlat we received our money back. It only took 2 weeks. I will give 4 star for the fact that they took the professional approach and refunded us, but i think that there are some internal issues that need to be solved in this company.
