Negative experience: They are big nightmare I got the certificate everything they took my 6500 darham and Still no return as they promised

I signed up for package few years ago, tried all the numbers everything is switched off, from landline numbers to cell phone numbers. What a pity that these scams are happening in a safe city like Dubai. Hope the govt. takes some action against these people

Negative experience: How to refund your money Back ? Please read it till the end. They are Big Scammers !! Im also the victim, unfortunately i fell on their trap and gave them AED 22,000 by swiping my credit card to the fullest. The Biggest mistake of my life. Im sure many others of you have done the same by getting bit greedy. Now the important part is how to get your money back. I somehow managed to get my money back because i fought i never gave up. Here is what i did. 1. Complained in the Consumer Protection (google it) 2. Launched a civil case against them from the court in Wafi Mall Dubai. 3. Launched a Dispute Case with my bank from which i swiped the card by providing all the evidence of the contract, court papers,invoices and everything. My Money was refunded back to my account by the bank after 2 months. They did their own investigation and found that i was really cheated. Since the banks have insurance for such scams and frauds. They were able to refund the exact amount back to me. Dear friends kindly follow the same steps i hope you can also get your money back. Not from them they are long gone but from the Bank. I hope this can help others who also fell to their trap. Thanks

Negative experience: They are total fraud. Worst service. They wasted months telling they will refund our money for 30 days international holidays. When we wanted to book, they are Not picking calls. New team joined and now they also left the company. Our hard earned money is taken by these fraud people. If anyone get any luck to reach out to these people, please do let us know.

Save your time and money and use the several other companies out there. All is well when you are signing up , but when things go wrong they will disregard everything they have agreed. Browse the internet on other websites and see what reviews other customers have left, don't be fooled by their sales talk! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Negative experience: One day I received a call from Reliance said that you have free gift of one gram Gold coin and one week hotel stay and said come with family. We went there in city max hotel dubai and asked us to book for membership of AED 45000 . We said ,will come back tomorrow and do that,but they did not allowed and if today booked you will have USA trip free for family (four members) 4 days hotel stay & ticket, so we booked membership and given money from credit card AED 45K.at march 2018 by sales team Ms.Kavitha After that I lost my job from June 2018 and I requested Mr. Akther to refund the money to bank and he agreed to pay as EMI every month. Reliance has paid EMI 4 months after continuous follow up. All in Reliance are speaking lies without boundary and every time he will promise to be paid before the due date but will not and last two months EMI not paid. Reliance has to pay 35k more to bank and bank is going to take legal action, but Akther saying he is helpless. I have not utilised single benefits and they cheated me & seams lot of others also in same condition. No body will speak truth in the office and looks everything fraud.

Negative experience: Very poor service, we checked into a hotel and they couldn’t find our reservations cause my name was spelt wrong even after giving my passport to the team. The whole team is confused about what is promised to you. 10times you have to explain the same thing to the customer care. They take their own sweet time to reply, you have to keep chasing the team always.

Worst service experience provider in the travel and tourism industry. Requested for hotel booking at least two weeks in advance and till the day of check-in no one picked up the phone also no reply to the emails. Charged AED 25000 for the membership and now not providing any services also not picking up the phone calls also. This company is making fake promises and issuing memberships without any services.

Negative experience: They're fraud people they promise a certain days & nights in their vouchers but when you are ready to book they reduce the number of days mentioned earlier in their own emails and vouchers. When you try to reason with them they completely ignore and stop replying to your repeated emails. Thank God I didn't buy any packages that would have cost around 10k and then i would still have to run behind them. Very unprofessional approach. If you are reading this please go through the email thread that I and your employee Pradeep exchanged, you will know what I sm talking about. Fake and fraud. I booked everything on my own now for the holiday

Negative experience: Dont take their membership, they are fraud. They will give u false promises. I cancel the membership becoz of their negligence and poor service before 5 months still they didn't give us money back. They are not taking my calls after i cancel the membership. Now I am planing to complaint against then to Dubai police, as I already lost my money and they have no plan to give it back.

Negative experience: Looks like they have cheated everyone. The landline is disconnected, all the mobile numbers switched off (Pradeep, Akhter , Syed). They had promised us that the package includes any 5 star hotel in the world and whenever we ask them for a mid range hotel, they always say not available and the supplier is not having this hotel etc. It was never easy to get a booking confirmation from them and I am tired of dealing of them as we have to exchange a lot of emails to get the booking confirmed. There is a lot of time and effort being wasted. Now they cannot be reached and have ran away with the money.

Negative experience: Hi we got the call of gold coin .when we reached over there they told us about 45 mints meeting.Then in the 2hours meeting they tarped us and we gave them 6000Dh .Now after come back home we read the comments about them, then we got worried.Next day they have not send any mail which they talk about have all the terms and condition .then we call them to cancel the deal as they told us they can cancel at any time if we will not be comfortable.But they are not responding now.

Fantastic experience: Trip to Jammu and Kashmir was awesome as from starting point to till end every thing has been Perfectly managed, though I have got confirmation little and this makes me worried but when I went on a holiday really it was awesome, like pick and drop, Accomodation and sight seeing as well, and regarding food though in our package only break fast included but Mr SYED had provided us with dinner also. Thank you Mr SYED AND RELAINCE HUB.

Negative experience: Poor service and % scammer, first the staff will give you a coupon in the mall or supermarket for a raffle draw. After that one, the they will call you and tell you that you won a free vacation package but those are fake, why?I am one of the victim of this company. I pay 370 aed for processing fee for my booking in the hotel but that company giving me a headache my flight going to the hospital Baguio is today Sept 3,2019.Now I book my own hotel reservation bec they dont give my booking status. For those people please be aware in this company because they are fake and scammer. No doubt that they have poor reviews and a lot of complaints...

Negative experience: They called us saying we have won some gold coin and holiday voucher and we can go and collect them from Avina hotel Deira. Then when we reached, they started pushing us to buy their holiday plan which is almost 45000 dhs and so on. They were pushing us to pay for the holiday packages on the spot which is they were explaining as to become member. The company seemed very fishy. At the end when me and my husband said, we are not able to take a decision to spend 45000 dhs on a vacation package right away. They they gave us our initial winning gift, lol. The gold coin they referred to was a tiny piece of 14kt gold, which if you take it to gold shop, they will not even exchange it for a nose pin. That's how tiny it was. For holiday voucher, it was only for hotel stay, you will have to buy your own airplane. They wasted our two hours. Please don't trust on them and don't pay them big amount. #dubaipolice

Negative experience: I understood that RelianceHub services is a cheating team in UAE in the tourism field. I paid 1000 AED for the advance of London trip. But after that there is no any reply or any updates from their side. I lost my money and am going to legal proceedings. So please take care about frauds like this.

Fantastic experience: My personal experience with reliance hub services, when I became a member, I was thinking wether things will go smoothly or not, because of which was not feeling comfortable, and I had visited their office, and wanted to take my money back, but the customer care people had said or requested me to avail one service, I said ok, then I had requested for Switzerland trip, after availing a Switzerland trip I can say that I am a happy member of Relaince hub services. I am glad that I have availed a holiday otherwise I would missed the good opportunity of availing a Switzerland trip with nominal charges.

Negative experience: Very professional company where fraud is concerned. They will contact every customer (without any lucky draw) informing them that they have won. They will even mention your draw token number! The caller will push and push so that you attend a 45 minute presentation about their holiday packages. This guy will get his commission when you walk in the door, not if you buy a package. The gifts offered are fake. The glowing reviews are also fake. Written by people with only 1 review to their credit. Please save your time and don't bother going. I hope these people are shut down by the authorities.

Negative experience: I would like to inform all everyone to be very careful not to fall victim of this Fraud reliance hub services. 1st they will call u that you won a gift free gold coin & free travel package to 5 different countries. When u reach there they will receive you with polite manner and then tell you that we have a vey special promotion going on for a limited time. They will push u to their level best to make sure u Sign their membership & will tell u that u can enjoy the benefits for the life time with no expiry date which is total LIES !! They will do their best to convince you to buy that package no matter what you do and will tell you that you can cancel your membership anytime and we will refund you back ur money which is also a big LIE !! They are cheating people in a very tricky way, they will make you so greedy that you will end up paying atleast something. They will start their prices from 35k then giving u further discounts to 25k and at the end will take as much money as possible. Once you sign then u are gone.. They will never provide you the services as what all was promised, they will start giving you reasons and will ignore you till not answering your calls anymore. please be advised to check their reviews online before signing or else you will end up regretting big time. Dear frnds im also one of the victim and unfortunately i paid them huge amount of AED 22,000. After reading the reviews i asked for the immediate cancellation and urgent refund. But They said its not possible and started giving me useless reasons which is very disappointing & hurful. Now the big question is how to recover your money back ? 1: Google "Consumer Rights" call on their number and lauch a complaint against their company. 2: Get all your evidence and go to Dubai commercial Court near by floating bridge. Dont waste time in police stations they will not help coz this is not criminal case. I hope all this info can help others. Thank you

Negative experience: ONE WORD REVIEW - "BOGUS" This company is a total fraud, they will lure you with a fake 1gram gold coin(which is totally fake - double checked with jewelers in Dubai). Thereafter they will call you to their office and will waste your 45 minutes in a noisy room with some stupid travel promotions and some travel voucher. At the end of those painful 45minutes their representative will ask you to shout out that I have purchased a travel promotion from them inorder to encourage the others in that room. All the reviews here are fake posted by their employees or close friends, please don't pay heed to them its scam. I didnt even want to give them a 1star but unfortunately this the least rating google has. PS: If you dont want to waste your 45 minutes plus fuel expenses, please contact me, I will give you that gold coin and travel voucher free of cost.

Negative experience: I received an call to attend the promotional offer at hotel AVANI in deira by RELIANCE HUB SERVICE stating that you have been shortlisted for travel voucher . I have made the payment for the following service committed by the sales team ( Mr. Syed Zubair Mr. Hameed ) 1. Summer camp for children - 2 months per year ( no validity ), any camp as per customer selection near to residence . 2. Family club membership - 1 Year, any fitness club as per customer choice near to the residence location after 1 year AED 100.00 per month for family membership. 3. Reliance membership login portal - for any number of ticket booking ( confirmed discount min. 10 % to maximum 30 % compare to any other service provider ). 4. Upon credit card payment Reliance will convert full payment with 0 % interest charge 0% processing fees by Mashreq Bank .( Approx monthly repayment (EMI) AED 250.0 only ) 5. One point of contact for issues handing and booking - Mr. Sayed Zubair . 6. Two weeks holiday package ( international and domestic ) - No validity 7. If any of the above services not fulfilled or not satisfied - customer can cancel the membership any time with 100 % full refund ( less the amount if any of the service availed ). After 1 weeks of constant visit to the Reliance office in deira, i get an email ( welcome letter) with none of the above committed service. I have asked for immediate cancellation and refund, 2 weeks after constant follow up I get another email reply with regret RELIANCE SERVICE cannot refund the customer money. Dear reader, please be aware this is fraud company with all the false service commitment to acquire the public money , do not fall into the trap with this company.
