Negative experience: It was my biggest mistake to get in contact with Travango Travel And Tourism. They are cheaters and fraud.They have one agent named Manu Bahuleyan he is an cheater and will get you in trouble and won't be responsible for any of his mistake. He is so greedy and will never refund your money and will get refund from the airline in your name.

Negative experience: They are not eligible actually to conduct this type of company.Very poor response ,using bad languages. Don’t ever go through this agency.I had a talk with a keralite of that company, he is not at all professional ,and his way of talking was unacceptable. He should be punished. He is not eligible to work here. I am searching for his name, to sue.

Negative experience: Most unprofessional service I have ever come across. They have spoilt the name of Cobone as well. I dont know how Cobone works and why they have given space for such low grade business people who cant even respond properly. Please check the email proof attached which contains all irresponsible responses provided. The person does not even know that they have to provide a ticket voucher to enter Burj Khalifa and Cobone voucher is not enough to enter. The phone number that he has provided also is of no use. No one picked the call which was very well expected. To the owner - For this kind of service, you will receive only this kind of negative review. Be man enough to take it until you improve your services. Dont try to give some useless answer.

Negative experience: Be aware about purchasing tickets via travango. I purchased vouchers for burj khalifa around three weeks before the day I wanted to go on top. After purchase of tickets I immediately send emails confirming the date for which I wanted to go on top. I never received any email back and on the phone was asked not to worry that they will issue the tickets towards later the day. Until day I haven't heard from them and their customer service is most unprofessional team I have ever experienced. They clearly tell you that they are not willing to help and offer you dates for burj khalifa on dates which were never requested. They are only interested in cheating their customers, make fast moeny and agree that they don't care about their clients. Until now. I have not been able to book tickets or get them refunded Be aware and never purchase tickets over the platform!

Negative experience: I bought 5 tickets for Burj Khalifa Top from Cobone and send all the details to Travango Travel and tourism with desire dates 2nd Oct 2021 and they confirm the same. On the disrespect date staff didn’t allow us to go bcoz tickets was not confirmed by Travango Travel. Upon inquiry they apologized and promised to refund but until now they haven’t refunded me and not responding to my emails. This is fraud company please don’t purchase anything from these fraudsters.

Negative experience: As of late my companion ventured out to Canada by means of this office, at first they were by all accounts truly quite stayed in contact throught the cycles, sooner their demeanor started to change and began to be less responsive and hard. Upon the arrival of movement we became acquainted with that his Egyptian visa was not handled effectively. We took a stab at reaching them a few times yet they didn't go to our calls and that made us truly restless. As there was an associated departure from Cairo he needed to remain in Egypt for 2 days. Fortunately he got the visa not long before we arrived at the air terminal. They didn't try to go to our calls and converse with us about the matter. Amidst the feverish circumstance they reached us once to request that he get onto the trip without the visa, if not the sum wont be discounted they added. They were extremely amateurish in their work and I don't prescribe this organization to anybody.

Negative experience: I have never seen a Travel Company like Travango in my life before.I have applied for tourist visa for my family on Jan 2021 and the representative assured me visa will be out in 2 days and booked Emirates Airlines Tickets for family after 5 days.But visa came on 6th day and when i checked with Travango to reschedule my Tickets,they asked me to go Emirates Customer Service and reschedule tickets from there and i went there,and emirates airlines said your agent can only reschedule tickets as it was taken with special coupon,Atlast Travango did not help me and I have to rebook tickets by my own.

Negative experience: Fraud. Yes you are fraud. If you want to take legal action you are more than welcome. I still have proof of air ticket purchased from this company that is actually a small office in the corner of an old building. The ticket was cancelled when arrived at the check-in counter. Still no refund issued till now even after visiting said office with childish reasons.

Negative experience: Be aware of this scam company after making return ticket they had refunded the one side when person had gone now excusing how we don't know will give new but that to delaying they are scam. I am ready to face any so called action which you had replied will take i have all proof go ahead tell me which police station you are going i will come their before you so you will not have any issue while taking action. Instead of replying and showing no guilty you should accept your mistake and correct it. Let me know i will be their where ever you are going for legal action.

Negative experience: Very bad and pathetic service. When taxi was booked entirely for a day, taxi driver dropped us to one place and left. He said this is only told to him. We payed for full day and received only single way drop. This guy is not professional. Please avoid. My worst experience of life. He gave waterworld tickets on "only female day". Never shared driver details when driver was standing infront of hotel. How can we know that driver is there when we were actually waiting for driver. And see the arrogance in his writing. Totally unprofessional. His services were hired by my friend Dr Abhijit for us.

Negative experience: Mr Abhijit booked tickets for us from Mr Manu, Yas waterworld tickets were issued to us . We visited there and to our surprise, that day was reserved for females only. He Kept us on waiting at all places just for tickets.

Negative experience: I booked for my friends and their families ( 16 people) through this company. The package included transportation and entry tickets . I did all the payment 2 months in advance. Mr Manu, the guy dealing with me on the company’s behalf kept on promising me that everything will be fine. When friends landed here, he didn’t issues entry passes till last minutes. My friends would go to the spot waiting for the passes then he will release. That was still ok but he told them to buy Miracle garden tickets and assured that he will repay it ( as all payments were done already). He cheated us by denying any refund . He was extremely arrogant, rude to behave. I am taking this matter to ministry of tourism . Service is pathetic.. guys absolutely avoid them.

Negative experience: We were in Dubai around 10 th Nov this year. We had a very bad experience with the Travango tourism . Inspite of advance payment towards the travel company we used to get our tickets for the places on the eleventh hour . Very unprofessional and arrogant behaviour by the convener of the tour. Never picked up the phone ... Used to communicate only on whats app.

Negative experience: I booked burj khalifa ticket from travago 7 months ago , once i reach there , counter staff said that the ticket is not valid . Travago gave me dummy ticket instead of confirmed one, refund also they not even give.Such a fraud travel agency in dubai . Be alert everyone

Negative experience: Just to warn everyone aboyt this company, it seems like they are fake and not genuine. I am currently in lose. I had bought a cobone voucher as per the instruction by this company for an At the top ticket, it was said to me the ticket will be in my inbox withing 24hrs of desired date but unfortunately they called me back on the date of my booking that they do not have ticket. I asked them for a refund or compensate me with something else with same amount of the voucher its been 2 months and there is no response from. I bilieve this is a fraud and if someone is dealing with them please make sure they are genuine and then proceed.

Negative experience: This is a fake company. Beware everyone from dealing with them. I sent them an e-mail about the time of booking and date. I sent the coupon and called them by phone. They told me they would confirm the booking and send the tickets on the day of booking, two days later, but they did not send me and i call them again the said i did not send the e mail and coupon and then i sended the vouchers again but also not sended the tickets and then i have no time for stay mor in dubai . They are liars, so be careful of them

Negative experience: Unprofessional service. Similar experience as some of the other customers. They promised At the Top tickets at a discounted price and eventually could not deliver. I cancelled the transaction and it has been one month since then and I have not received my refund. They do not show any urgency in issuing your refund and come up with difference excuses every time. They do not call you back or reply to your messages if you are following up for refund. Not recommended - I got their reference from Groupon and everyone should be careful before buying any of their vouchers.

Negative experience: This a fake company dealing with fraud cards. I bought 6 tickets for at the top burj khalifa 2 months back . The time of the visit was 4 pm. But when we checked the counter they said the tickets are not valid. Then i asked travango, they were very rude. I took tickets from Wardha. Her boss spoke very badly to me . Then he gave me a tickets at 8 pm. They are fraud company's and the good reveiw mentioned here are their own staff.

I checked in Burj Khalifa website it’s available all the day!!! With almost same price! I need to return my money and go directly to Burj Khalifa Please read carefully all other comments you will understand! After agent reply , I’ve to comment: I received 2 official mails from agent that they will do it tomorrow for 2 times and nothing happened, they disturb my vacation!
