Negative experience: Worst customer service experience, customer service agents are not trained at all to deal with travellers or even humans . They aren’t there to help you they only there to complicate the issue . They don’t even provide us with the proof with what they haven’t helped us in . Agents haven’t got any experience and even when we asked with higher level managers or supervisors, they replied that there are always busy and they don’t have any option to transfer calls or even escalate the problem to them to be aware of . Take care please I don’t anybody to pass through what I passed by

Negative experience: No actual support. During the booking process, they claim their cancellation policy is the airline policy. Right after the purchase, it is actually something else. My ticket was for 2300, if I cancel, I get 93 back with the airlines directly, they are so flexible to change and cancel. Buy the airline tickets directly from the airlines company. The 200 discount is not worth the trouble you go through with those scammers

Negative experience: I booked an eco-flex Emirates ticket through their platform, when circumstances required me to make a simple date change to my reservation, MakeMyTrip charged me an extortionate fee of 40% of the ticket fee. This level of exploitation is unacceptable. Not only did MakeMyTrip fail to uphold the supposed flexibility of the eco-flex ticket, but they also demonstrated a complete lack of consideration for their customers' circumstances. It's clear that MakeMyTrip prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction, resorting to predatory charges for even minor alterations. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding these charges is concerning. At no point during the booking process was I made aware of such hefty fees for modifications. It feels like a blatant attempt to squeeze every last penny out of unsuspecting customers.

Negative experience: Pathetic customer service! There response time is extremely slow and as per there comfort. Now its been 61 days and 65 email exchange & couple of calls with MMT but solution till date ZERO. Airline has changed the airport with email to contact agent for any changes if required but Makemytrip representative are not able to get this resolved with airlines. When I am emailing they are acting as Chat Bot proving with standard reply form last 2 months on email and on few calls. Then I visited there office in dubai and explained the same to them, but still no resolution. Now I have a flight in 5 days but I am Not understanding what they are doing with my booking. Really feel unlucky that I booked flight with them. I will never use MMT again and I strongly advise all potential customers to be careful with this company.
Negative experience: Stay away from booking thru them. If you book, then you can never have the time to change the ticket, you can't reach them by phone or email. I have refund with them since 3 years and they didn't refund me back yet.
Negative experience: In case you will need to get your refund make sure that you will get an answer of "as soon as possible" here i am waiting for tree weeks now

Negative experience: Terrible customer service! The rep on the phone, named Santiago, was extremely rude to me. He refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor and he hung up the phone abruptly. My wife and I accidentally booked the same flight twice through their website, because it appeared the first booking was not successful. We contacted the airline, who told us that they can cancel one of the bookings without penalty since it was double booked. We spoke again with the agency and explained the same to them, but they said they would still charge an agency penalty plus the airline's cancellation charge. We will never use this agency again and we strongly advise all potential customers to stay far away from this company.
Negative experience: طيران رخيص ولاكن عند اي مشكلة مثل مشكلتي بعد الغاء الحجز بسبب كرونا الى الان لم استرد قيمة التذكرة ولا يستجيب احد منهم على البريد ولا يوجد لهم مكاتب في الخليج فلن احجز معهم مرة اخرى
