Negative experience: I cannot recommend. Do not risk! I was just extremely scared of the boat condition. And all the time I could not edit to be back. Dirty, smelly and broken toilet. Such loud music on board, a guarantee for a headache. More than curious staff.

Negative experience: This one star is for the crew in the cruise who were good and helpful From entrance staff too rude! Cruise timings is 2hours, cruise left at 2140 and returned at 2315 so how about refund for hours you save your fuel? Food was ok

Negative experience: Ads /Sales posted on Groupon is not valuable and seems false. I was looking for Green Planet tickets posted by the company. Had to follow-up daily for tickets.After continuous follow-up was only getting response that the ticket will be issued soon or it’s a busy day. Finally got disappointed and left it. Seems un-professional approach

Negative experience: To be very honest, sincerely one of the worst customer services I have ever recieved. I had purchased 11 tickets for Green Planet from Groupon through SBR Tourism. The first time we called, they told it was busy and couldn't schedule an appointment (which was understandable cause it was New Year) the second time, I called the guy told I don't need any appointment I can just go but thankfully we ended up not going due to other commitments and the third time, I had sent all the tickets in advance and he kept saying it's a holiday we don't work (even though nothing of that was mentioned in the details). He told us to wait until 6, we waited and then he told to wait until 9 the next day, we waited, and then we called again, he said wait 15mins, we waited and then he said wait some more. Totally impolite, he said us to go cancel and refund if we want, complain if we want, never responded timely unless you call on WhatsApp, stopped picking the calls multiple times. Totally unprofessional and unreliable. I don't know about their other offers, but I genuinely request you all to do a thorough check of SBR Tourism. Ps: If I could give zero stars I would. Most of us traveled from Abu Dhabi for this and many of the weeks we were excited to finally visit. Thanks for nothing SBR Tourism.
