Negative experience: Poor services, RV processing took 3 months … got my own visa and now can no longer be contacted when needed to cancel

Negative experience: DONY GO WITH THIS AGENCY!! THEY WILL ONLY GET YOUR MONEY! Availed visa renewal with them last December 2022 but they said its no longer available and will refund the money of 1050 aed but it has been 3 months and they still did not return the money! Always making excuses and sometimes not even answering when we follow up! They keep saying refund is 'Pending' and that the owner Ms. KIM will return the money out of her own pocket but nothing until now! No clear answer and no specific answer when they will return the money! They will just delay and delay and delay and keep making excuses! Dont go with this agency they will only take your money and you wont even get anything!! They just take people's money!!!!
