They are giving very good prices if you compared with other travel agencies. Most of the time I just called them I need to apply for the visit visa of my family member and i just send them documents on the email or what's app so they will start the process. Negative experience: Very poor customer service. I advise not to put your WhatsApp number in your business card if you don't have intention of replying. I don't normally waste my time writing a review but I wanted to make time for this coz I find it ridiculous to read a prospect client inquiry and leave it unanswered for days! Obviously the lady doesn't seem to have enthusiasm in her work tsk tsk

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and arrogant staff absolutely not helpful, was discussing a quarantine package to uae via tashkent on a chartered flight dated 31st May. Too much misleading information fight was about to fly on the 31st May which already got canceled and postponed to 3rd of Jun now. when enquire how suddenly more tickets are available as he said only 3 were available when I had checked before. The representative Rashid was so arrogant it was like take it or leave it. During this pandemic its very critical 1 has trust on the travel agent they are traveling through as they are going to an unknown country after spending so much money, shouldn’t they be patient enough to clarify some queries without arrogance. And if they are so arrogant before you have paid them anything, 1 can only imagine once their money is stuck with them how helpful they would be then. They want us to pay first without asking any questions and wait for a confirmation that they would provide only 24 hours prior to departure which is ridiculous. Any one looking to take any quarantine package take a confirmation of the block ticket first before paying anything also they lied to me saying a tourist e-visa is needed I need to pay 300 AED for that first which is a lie as well.

Negative experience: These agency is a cheat, they offer you job on behalf of Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital and then ask for money to provide travel documents. They even made a fake website of that hospital...Beware of these thieves.
