Fantastic experience: Good serice on time

Negative experience: Very poor customer service! Looks like they don’t train their people! Her name is Rae, she’s asking discriminatory questions! No sense of respect and professionalism! She’s rude and even send a laugh emoji to an upset customer, which is insulting! This is the worst and cheapest service I’ve ever seen! She doesn’t know what she’s doing! She not supposed to be working in this role!

Negative experience: You can't trust them to handle international visa assistance. Staff are unresponsive after you sent them the payment and lack of knowledge on how to support you. You will just get stress from them and they will just laugh at you. In the end, the owner will put all the blame to the customer and will mock you. Very bad experienced with them

Negative experience: Fraudsters, they asked me for money . Thank god I visited office to make cash payment, whereas they told me you can’t go by bus, buy air2air package, when I told your office lady is telling me from last two days it’s possible to be done, send money and we process visa, he gave me a lame excuse that she is new
