Negative experience: ⛔Beware of this agency⛔ they are scamming 1st will give you resident visa which you will pay for two years but after few months if there is any documentation are verification required they will say it's not there problem there company is already ban in mohre.And if you book tickets from them and want to change are cancel they will get the amount from the airline but nothing will return to you all are scam.we get scammed from them.these few 5star review which you seen thats are there staff you can check there in burjman office

Negative experience: My agent was super helpful and accommodating. Even when she went on leave, the one who assisted me has been great. My only issue is that they mistakenly missed to add a meal for my mother during the flight when I approached them about the special meal 2 weeks prior. My mistake is that I have not checked it - I believed what was told to me. Apparently, someone else is taking care of the ticketing purchases. I was very frustrated at the time thinking what my Mother would eat during the flight. My frustration increased when I spoke to their “team leader” who keeps on repeating about her designation and seems to be sarcastic in her tone of voice until I pointed it out. If she is really an effective team leader, maybe she needs advice from her team members - how to accept mistakes when you are wrong and do not level with your Customer’s frustrations. This is not a debate but a frustrated customer thinking about her mother on the flight. She even told me, of course they have food, that’s Emirates. I gave up responding to her as she keeps on repeating similar information - always stating the obvious! After not responding, only she apologized, after all the reasons she gave and sarcastic answers! That is not how to address issues. Never recommending them to anyone because of the bad experience in the end.

Negative experience: Francine was very helpful, even though we made a lot of changes in the booking, her service stayed the same i will definitely give her ***** Great service from Francine.. Thank you for the cake.. We were disappointed with our entire vacation.. To be honest what I didn't like on our trip to Georgia is as follows. The below is for your team based in Georgia.. no stars at all. We were promised a driver which we got, a great young boy of 21years old, who couldn't speak English, very difficult to communicate and we had to use a translator for every thing. I guess this was his first job a tourist guide, and he didn't know the places and was Always calling friends and asking location. I don't blame him for this. I blame the coordinator Mariam for this. I used to ask her about place where we could eat local food in traditional restaurants and she had no idea. I asked about where can I buy the local sweets and she had no idea, she would say I'll inform the driver, but it like a blind leading another blind.. he didn't know place to start with in the first place. With regards to the hotel choices I remember asking for a place in the city centre where all the activities are and that is the best place to be in, but she gave us a hotel which was minimum 40 to 45 minutes walk to that area. Your team based in Georgia has absolutely no clue about the place. Sad to say that.. I was asking the hotel staff to guide me to places where I could buy local sweets and dried fruits.. which they did.. Georgia is over rated.. and definitely not worth Thank you Pierre Rodricks..
