Negative experience: Make sure your staff for international visa is atleast 2 and reachable! We are paying customers with respective timelines and all we do is wait til we can reach your staff for our already paid documents! Called multiple times even on the landline! No assistance! Not the first time this is happening! Cannot talk to any manager to escalate such matters! Poor customer service! Last transaction with you guys! No one cares and listens! No sense of urgency even with your front office!

Negative experience: 24 hours before ouf flight to YEREVAN , ARMENIA nag try ako mag check - in online sa wizz air , pero ang nakalagay doon “try to contact your agency to act on your behalf “ which i did . Pero walang response from the agency. After so many hours of trying , wala talagang nangyari sa check-in ko . Nag message ako sa coordinator ko to ask kung bakit ganon , Nag - reply yung coordinator ko ng “wait” after hanggang sa makarating na kami sa abu dhabi for our flight wala na response from him. Luckily, sa abu dhabi airport kinonsider ung mga screenshots ko na nag try ako mag check in pero disrupted yung flight kaya di ako makapag online. Pero nung pabalik na kami from YEREVAN to AUH the same scenario, nag message ako sa coordinator walang response . Sa airport pinagbayad kami ng 3000 Dram each dahil di kami nag check in online . At kahit anong explanation ko ayaw nila tanggapin. So no choice kundi magbayad . Pagdating sa UAE tumawag ako sa kanila para ikonsulta yung nangyari, nag sorry yung coordinator sa akin , pero hello?! Wala bang ibang taong pwedeng mag assist sa amin kung naka leave sya?? Wala bang hand-over of work sa company nio?? Nag ask ako kung ma-refund ko pa yung binayad kong check in charge since sila naman may kasalanan. Pero Till now ( 15 DECEMBER 2023 ) wala paring nag return call sa akin para ma-clear out yung concern ko. Poor customer service . Mr. Christian
