Negative experience: 1 day overstay, they will file absconding case.. even though you already found a job and waiting for visa.. the company HR already informed them of the person employment status.. => just a sense of some humanity, a leeway of few days, to make a payment.. life isn't easy nowadays and a sense of consideration from others changes people lives.. but I guess since life is hard its all about money..!
