Negative experience: تقييم: ★☆☆☆☆ تجربتي مع شركة بوابة غرناطة كانت غير مرضية تماماً. نظام الشركة غير احترافي حيث تسبب في إلغاء رحلتي بعد الدفع والتأكيد، وتم إعلامي بذلك بعد وصولي إلى الشارقة قادماً من أبو ظبي. لم يتم توضيح الرسوم أو طريقة احتسابها في حال التعديل، مما زاد من الإرباك والإحباط. لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم. قد تكون المشكلة مصدرها طيران الشام، ولكن يجب على أي وكيل خدمات أن يكون حريصاً على سمعته ويمتنع عن وضع العملاء في مثل هذه المواقف.

Negative experience: الأسوء بالتعامل، مافي مصداقية ومابيعطوا الأوراق كاملة، وبس تطلبوا الاوراق بعد ماتدفعوا بصيرو بدن ياخدوا فلوس زيادة، مابيهتمو يعطوا updates لازم تضلكن وراهن وبحكو حيبعتوا الاوراق ماببعتوها حرفياً الاسوء من كل النواحي

Negative experience: Bad experience with them.. they don't refund if there is a problem with visa after they take your money

Negative experience: Once they sell you the ticket they won't care about you. I had a family situation where I needed to change the date and I contacted them about it with no reply not even saying a word. When you are going to book with them they will warm greet you and after that they won't care at all. The payment is done the relationship is done too.
