Fantastic experience: I had an amazing customer service experience with all seasons specially with Parvez , my contact and go to person. I showered him with inquiries and last minute changes and he all the time complied and did not let me down even on his days off. Generally speaking the agency got me very good flight rates and hotels that are clean and comfortable and suitable for our culture regarding breakfast and services. However, I did not take any of the agency ‘s tours as we preferred to be alone and private and at our own pace as a family and not to share tours with others. We stayed in Bangkok in the movenpick Sukhumvit ( very comfortable and good breakfast ). It is in the heart of the city and very close to metro station and malls and all services . In Phuket, we stayed in a very nice resort only 10 minutes away from the airport but a little far from the heart of the island. It was a great vacation and I recommend all seasons travel to anyone who wants to spend some quality time in Thailand.
