Negative experience: such a waste staff ever seen in bls. i had a bad situation in bls khorfakan from Mr. Amar , i was not having a printed copy of a documents with me. i have show him digitally but he did not accepted and he rejected my appointment. after some day i have applied in Dubai bls and without any papers .. just only my passport and application paper they have renewed my passport without waiting for even 20 minutes.. was a good experience from bls Dubai but MR. Amar is a wrong selection of BLS. he just focused on person who he likes. can do his job but not to be over smart. people are coming there to renew or applying for passport and they are paying for it. his attitude is like he is doing some favour for us. we don't need his favour, we need only what we there for and we pay for it. very bad experience

Negative experience: I have a bad experience today from the staff of BLS international khorfakkan Mr.Amar. Such a cruel man ever I have seen in my life.There is no humanity. People and family is begging in front of him.The problem was the server was down and he was unable to fulfill the need of people came there. He is too rude to his clients

Positive experience: I traveled from Dubai for passport renewal because there were no available appointments for the standard service in Dubai for the upcoming two weeks. At the location, there was a single female staff member and an elderly man who volunteered to help her with tasks like photocopying. Remarkably, the work was completed in just 10 minutes, leaving me thoroughly impressed with their efficiency. However, I have a slight issue concerning the fee charged. According to BLS customer support, the total fee, including the cost for a passport photo, is AED 415 for adult. However, I had already brought my photo, which should have reduced the fee by AED 30, but they still charged me the full AED 415 even though I didn't use their photo service. I overlooked this at the time because my attention was on verifying the information entered on the form. Therefore, I advise everyone to carefully review their bills and raise any concerns if you believe you have been overcharged.

Started from Sharjah @8:30AM and reached here @10AM..walked in straight and walked out in matter of just 15 minutes. When we visited it was absolutely empty and no one except the officer was available. On the way enjoyed some beautiful view as we do always while visiting Khorfakkan
