Negative experience: كانت تجربتي بالتعامل مع شركة Rezbook غير مرضية أبدا. الشركة تتعامل مع زبائنها بغير مصداقية حيث تم اخذ مبلغ ١٠ الاف درهم وعندما طلبنا منهم تغيير الوجهة امتنع الموظف عن ذلك. و قال لنا انه سيعوضنا بنقاط في طيران العربية. ولكن عندما تواصلنا مع طيران العربية اخبرونا بأنه لا توجد لدينا اي نقاط والشركة حولتها لها. اطالب الشركة برد المبلغ ١٠ الاف درهم حتى لا نتوجه للطرق القانونية ويتم مسائلتهم عن امتناعهم عن دفع مبلغ ١٠ الاف.

Negative experience: تعاملهم محترم لكن الخدمة غير جيدة .. حجزنا عرض للعمرة والمدينه شامل المواصلات والفندق والقطار والافطار ولما وصلنا تاخر السايق علينا ولا رد ع التيلفون وبعدين قالنا انا شليت ناس ثانيه بشوف حد ثاني ؟!!! تخيلوا يعني قله الاستهتار بمواعيد الزباين !!! حجز مكة انا اخترت الفندق وكان ممتاز .. فندق المدينة هم اختاروا وجدا سيء ع اساس فندق لكن الغرفة عبارة عن شقق فندقيه حق الطبقة الكادحه ما يستاهل المبلغ اللي دفعناه صدق تعبونا وتبهدلنا معاهم حاليا انا جاية من القطار وصار لي ٣ ساعات جالسه فالرسبشن وعندي شخص من ذوي الهمم وبلغتهم بالامر لكن الحجز سيء رغم معرفة المعلومات مسبقا ورغم السعر الغالي اللي خذوه لكن الخدمة تعبانه وسيئة ... تلومت فالاهل اني حجزت معاهم
