Negative experience: They won’t respond to calls or messages once you have completed your booking. We almost missed our flight because they hadn’t arranged the transfer to the airport. We ended up having to pay out of pocket and they still haven’t refunded the amount. Terrible service and very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Thank you very much for the best vacation ever, as they promised everything was perfect and prepared, from the time you arrived at Maldives one of the hotel staff was waiting for us they transferred us to the sea plane terminal lounge took our free breakfast and drinks, took the sea plane and arrived to the paradise around 0830 in the morning, and we have a nice welcoming from the hotel staff with Maldives dancing and cold drinks and towels, our villa was ready so they gave us an early check-in which was very nice, overall the best company ever they even check on you while you're there to make sure that all is good ,special thanks for Ananthan and luxury holidays team for this preparation, can't wait for the next trip which definitely will be prepared from your side. Their representative simply stopped responding or attending to our concerns or even opening our msgs. Stay away from them!

They were also very obliging in finding and booking a flight to get us into SUN SIYAM WORLD RESORT for 3 nights stay. Everything ran very smoothly, with no problems at all. We were very happy with our flights, accommodation and meals package and were also surprised by SUN SIYAM WORLD RESORT to receive a complimentary anniversary cake and bottle of non beverage champagne for our anniversary night.
