Negative experience: Very worst experience in comparison to what price was paid through this agent aed 85 per person for dhow cruise at zabeel cruise on 2 nd April 2022..we see the price comparable is aed 40 - 50.. very cheaper than what we paid 200%..no welcome drink.. Food was not so good... Not clean... No music... a lot nothing... More than anything... It's wasted our time... Sorry to say.. We don't want to hurt.. But others can take care of your time... Thank you so much...

First of all we are extremely sorry for the inconveniences caused during your cruise. This is the first complaint we are receiving regarding the cruise in Dubai Canal. And we would like to notify you that 2 April 2022 was the first day of Ramadan month. We believe you were aware of that. As per the instruction from the Tourism department there wont be any entertainment activities in Cruises and Safari during the month of Ramadan. We already passed that information with you too before confirming the cruise. And for the Information the cruise at Dubai Canal is always little higher in price as compared to other Cruises in Dubai. Any way we are valuing your comments and will rectify these things at the earliest. Thank you so much for your feedback and noted the same.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with Travel Bee while visiting Dubai for 2 weeks. We primarily used their service to travel to and from Fujairah and Ras-Al-khaimah. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children. We had a very good experience. The vehicles were big enough and comfortable for all of us to travel together. The drivers were punctual and very friendly. Great value for money. Strongly recommend Travel Bee if you’re visiting Emirates.
