Fantastic experience: بصراحه تجربه محظوظه عن طريقهم سافرت وحجزت اوتيل مرتين ممتازين والعروض ممتازه لكن لاعلم هل العروض مستمره طول السنه ام لكن حظي كان جيد في وقت العروض حجوزاتهم فيها مصداقيه من ناحيه الفنادق او الطيران لم تواجهنا اي مشكله في الحجز او في الاتيل او المطار

Negative experience: لقيت نفس التكت اونلاين ارخص بثلاث مرات يعني ياخذون ثلاث اضعاف السعر الاساسي و اوتيلاتهم ضعيفه افضل شي عطلات الامارات بكجاتهم جميله ونفس اسعار النت

Negative experience: Always verify the information provided by the agent. We have now booked 3 holidays (excluding normal travel bookings) through Dnata and have had an issue each time. After each trip we continued to utilize their services thinking that as humans, we all make mistakes. We are now skeptical of this point of view especially after have faced issues on every trip. The issues faced includes agents promoting a preferred hotel but leave out essential information such as it is in the flightpath of the busy airport, the location is not central or difficult to get to, the hotel is on a.polluted beach and our latest, was that our flights were actually standby flights. The cherry on the top was getting a wine tasting tour voucher in Zanzibar when no such thing exists there. We had asked for a golf course in close proximity to the hotel which turned out to be 3 hours away. Even if escalated, Dnata HQ are non responsive. Better to plan your own holiday or at least double check and verify every single aspect of the booking.

Negative experience: Very unhappy with the performance of the dnata staff at the left luggage counter today. Bag was left by the airline and we went out of the way to collect it from the Airport to prevent dnata from needing to deliver it all the way to Abu Dhabi over the public holiday. Upon arrival they did not accept a digital copy of the lost luggage information, but stated a printed version of the soft copy would be acceptable. Despite having a printer at the dnata counter they refused to help. I had to ask a nearby business to help print my information. Not only was the bag lost out of my control, I was made to beg other companies to print my documents. On top of all this, despite being told the bag was ready for immediate pickup when we agreed to drive to the airport, it took a very long time which cost us a huge short term parking fee. Even a polite question of how long it might take was faced with a hostile reply that they had no control over how long it would take. If this was the case, there should have been no reassurance that the bag was immediately available. No concept of customer service. Extremely upsetting.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed from the service. On phone they gave me different price and in the store it was different. However, when I called the phone booking, the agent said they can match the price. The salesperson in branch refused to do so because I wanted to use my dnata voucher given by my employer. I don't understand as the voucher is also "money" so why not to give me the better rate. I went to Mercato branch and they didn't mind to use the voucher and do price match as well. So why not to make your customer happy when it is possible to do so? I will never visit Dubai Mall branch again. By the way, when I booked a ticket last time in Dubai Mall, there was no issue of using the voucher with better rate. I believe it depends on the person who is serving you.

Negative experience: when i bought the ticket i asked the travel agent if ican check in online becouse i csn be at airport just 2hour before the flight .he told me definitely you can check in online .than i try to do it online but i found you cant check online and i miss the flight. very bsd experience with this company

Positive experience: The service is excellent! They are really fast and efficient, very helpful and informative. Only downside the service fee for airline ticket booking is expensive. They didn't really disclose it in the invoice (as they clubbed both flight ticket and service fee) but it was around 200 dirham for 1 ticket.

Negative experience: Worst service ever. Following a flight ticket cancellation from the airline this agency could not book another flight on other airline without waiting for the refund of the canceled ticket. Making us the customer in the end pay 3000 AED more than we should have if they had reacted on time.

Positive experience: So far, it's good.
