Negative experience: In my recent experience with a rental company, I encountered several issues that I find important to highlight. Firstly, there was a discrepancy between the buggy model we requested and the one provided, which led to confusion and inconvenience. Furthermore, after an accident in which the buggy rolled over, the company attempted to charge an excessive fee of 5000 dirhams for damages that, upon inspection, appeared minimal. It was disappointing to note the lack of immediate assistance following the incident, as we had to rely on another rental company for help. Overall, this experience raises concerns about the company's customer service, transparency, and handling of unforeseen events, and I would caution others to exercise caution when considering their services. Also we had to reslove the issue with Police assistance

Fantastic experience: The trip was amazing from the start to the end. The driver came on time and the ride was smoothly to the location. The tour guide was very helpful and considerate. The place is not crowded which gave us a space to driver freely.

Negative experience: It was ok. As soon as we got there EVERYONE was trying to sell you things. They wrapped our heads with scarves (arab style) and we thought that was included in the price. We should have asked. Then they dressed us up and that's when I realized they wanted money so we asked how much. The tunics were about $114 USD each and they were only transparent pieces of cloth. Not fancy. Not worth it. The head wraps were $40 USD each. We said no to the tunics and kept the headpiece thinking they would be cheap and they weren't. Then the guy with the falcon. He literally put the bird on our arms/shoulder/head, took a few pictures without telling us they were going to demand money for them afterwards and then he tried charging us $50 dollars. He was upset when we said no because he wasn't honest from the beginning. We gave him a lot less and he got really upset then. Then the guys taking the pictures. After everyone trying to scam us we had to learn to say no and walk away. They basically would do something for you without asking and then try over charging and over pricing everything. We were even afraid of drinking the water bottles in the buggy expecting them to charge for them too. The ride was fun but we both got nauseous after about 30 minutes (we did the 1 hour ride). It's something we will never do again. Too much money for everything. The sand/views was nice but that's all. If the sellers weren't so pushy trying to sell you everything it might have been worth it. PS. This reservation was under my husbands name, not mine. Correct review for correct company.

Fantastic experience: Great service and communication from the start. Owner is really quick at responding to all your questions. Suggest to wear sunglasses underneath the goggles they provide. And if you forget your scarf they have a lot of shops at the meetup point to buy. Tour was lots of fun. We had time to switch drivers as we came with a large group. The tour guide was also good and took lots of videos and pictures.

Fantastic experience: This is a must have tour when you are in Dubai. It starts with a nice ATV ride through the desert . After that you can make a ride with camels and drive with a car through the desert .The driver and guide is very polite and you will enjoy your time.

Fantastic experience: This is my first trip to Dubai. One of my desires was to ride an enduro motorcycle. I have a road bike, so I don't have the opportunity to ride off-road. And I dreamed of riding in the desert! I found the Desert Buggy Rental company on the Internet and I saw that they have KTM motorcycles for rent! The motorcycles are in excellent condition! Equipment is provided. Convenient transfer - pick up from the hotel and bring it back. Very polite staff. I really liked the service. I will definitely come back again and recommend it to my friends!
