Negative experience: Worst travel agency in Dubai..first they commited on the visa at a certain price then later in the last minute of processing said cannot do it especially after confirming with them so many times. They take the money in advance and then say will refund and keep making you chase them..I tried to book a ticket through them confirmed the price more than twice and after confirmation made it and after two hours and taking theo ey they come back with a price change and increase and say cannot book it and they have wasted a whole day and not even willing to refund the money to book the ticket and asking to wait till they can refund the money...Dubai laws must shut this place down. Fraud firm
