Fantastic experience: I got my whole trip planned by them and it was an excellent experience overall. They are always there 24X7 for any assistance that one requires. Even though there were some things that I had not booked with the travel company, they gave me all the information required and helped me out at short notices for my other plans. I thank you (Mr. Sajid) and your team for such an exemplary effort and support. I will definitely take their assistance, the next time I go back to UAE. Fantastic experience: Nehas is a responsible, professional and caring tour operator. We had a very positive experience on the Dubai desert safari organised by Nahas through Idukki tours. He sent us a good driver Malik, and he showed us a good time with belly Dancing , tanoura shows etc. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this tour.

Positive experience: We recently had a Dubai trip (6D/6N) with Idukki travels. Ardra managed the whole trip for us and here is our review: 1) Package cost - Best in market and good payment option and structure. 2) Hotel stay - Fully Satisfactory in the provided cost. 3) Visa, Entry Tickets & Tours - Provided as committed. 4) Transportation - Idukki completely lacks in this department. We were really disappointed with the driver's behavior (Azad), the consistent delay in pickups each day and the uncertainty till the very end that who will pick us up and at what time. We were not able to explore some places properly for which we had paid the ticket prices, had to stand in long queues and even had to skip/delay our meals which made the trip less enjoyable. Here is the detailed instances we faced which may help anyone looking to book package with Idukki: Day 1: Driver Azad was not available at the airport exit gate to meet us. Made us to struggle finding him in the parking area. During Dubai City Tour, he was not focused on guiding us about places and was busy on phone with other drivers. Even tried to end the tour saying he will cover the places in the upcoming days just because he was interested in picking some other customer. After hotel check in, he didn't help in bringing our luggage from parking to hotel instead made me take all luggage, cross road with it to reach hotel all by myself. Day 2: He was supposed to pick us at 9:30am but came at 11am after multiple follow ups as he was with some other customer. Due to this, we were left with a long queue which took around an hour to make entry to Dubai frame. During the whole day at every place, he just kept on influencing us to come back early in impractical duration and criticized us for taking time. Day 3: We were supposed to be picked up at 4:30am but no one came. We messaged/called Azad but no response. Reached out to Ardra and she told us to take taxi, pay & get reimbursed. The most shocking part was that we never got any response back from Azad. At day end, Azad was supposed to pick us at 8:30pm for hotel drop but he didn't come for 30mins. Nahas messaged that he would be coming and came after 30 mins. So we were made to wait and struggle for 1 hour to get us picked up. Day 4: There was just a casual delay in both pickup and drop which is normal. Day 5: Nahas was supposed to pick us at 9:30am but came at 11am. It left us with a long queue at Museum of Future. We had to complete it in 90mins, skipping things in which we were really interested and paid for as we had pickup for desert safari at 2:30pm from hotel. Due to this cut to cut pickup and drop, we had to skip the lunch. Day 6: Azad was supposed to pick us at 7:30am but came at 9:15am. We were left with so much less time to explore Abu Dhabi city tour, Louvre Museum and Ferrari world. We concluded the city tour in very less time and even Louvre Museum for which we had paid the ticket price, didn't even had time for lunch. We entered inside Ferrari world at 5:00pm, so we just had 3 hrs until close, took less than 50% rides which doesn't justify the ticket price. At 8pm, we came out of Ferrari world, and went to food court. At 8:30pm, we called our driver Azad that we will be coming to parking in 10mins to which he spoke very disrespectfully and said that if we do not come in next 5mins then he will leave our luggage and will go. We complained about him to Ardra and she assured he will drop us to airport. But by that time, our mood was completely spoiled and it was not the ending that anyone wants for their trip.

Itenary was very well planned, which includes almost all the must go places in Dubai and Abu Dhabi at a very reasonable rate. They help us to cover maximum places in a short span of time. Cruze dinner, dessert safari,burj khalifa,dubai and Adu Dhabi city tour, DSF,saffari park, sea world.. everything  was wonderful. They were flexible enough to add a few other places that we suggested.Transportation arranged  was also superb..  always on time pickup and well maintained vehicles.
