Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with trip it Travel Agency during our trip to Georgia. Here are the key issues we faced: 1. **Airport Pickup:** We were left waiting at the airport for over 2 hours. Despite repeated assurances from the agency that the driver was "just 10 minutes away," he took forever to arrive. 2. **Non-English Speaking Guide:** The agency sent us a guide who couldn’t speak English, making communication almost impossible and diminishing our overall experience. 3. **Hotel Booking:** The hotel they booked for us was located on a remote hill with no nearby amenities. The staff there were incredibly rude and uncooperative, adding to our frustration. 4. **Guide Replacement:** After complaining, the agency sent a replacement guide who was equally disappointing. This new guide seemed disinterested and rushed through the tour, skipping many of the planned sites. Overall, our experience with trip it was frustrating and far from enjoyable. I would not recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Georgia.

Negative experience: I had very bad experience with them from A to Z to Georgia they send wrong timing to the guid, we wait 2 hours in the airport, he doesn't speak english, he was using google translate, he dropped us next to the bridge of peace and disappeared he left us there without explaining what we have to visit, he came to take us for lunch then he told us today the tour is finished, the tour was totally different on the schedule, next day they send us another guide again he skipped many places. Overall it was very bad experience with this company, they ruined my vacation

Negative experience: My experience with Trip it 1. Lack of coordination with their partners in Georgia and not sharing the contact number of their partner. 2. Acting in our behalf without informing us. 3. Booking the hotels with no coordination with the trip programme and no reschedule programme shared with the customer. 4. Booking the flights without meals which was very inconsiderate especially because we have kids. 5. The programme shared with us is different than the one signed by trip It and shared with their partners in Georgia. They put more places to visit in the programme shared with us. 6. No quick response in emergency case. The agreement was include a private car with a driver for the whole trip. The car assigned to us had been in an accident prior to it coming to us, it was dirty and it vibrated all the time for the first two days and the car had a very noticeable lack of acceleration and the car was very weak considering that the road trips were very long because it was between different cities. We requested to change the car during the second day of my trip expected the other car will be available for the third day. The car was delayed till 5:30pm and I checked out at 10:00am from the hotel waiting the car in the reception . Accordingly, we lost the whole day from our trip. And also our kids became very exhausted seeing as we had checked out the hotel as scheduled with trip It. Even we were not able to move because they kept promising that the car would arrive at 20 to 25 minutes max and it had eventually arrived at 5:30pm 7. I was promised by trip It the car with its driver will stay with us as much as we want contrary to the truth the driver did not in fact stay for as long as we were told and he didn't care for us, he'd just wait until it was 8pm to drop us off at the hotel and say his duty was over then leave. 8. As agreed with trip It. The car will stay with us even during our last day as our flight was at 6:30 pm. The case is the partners in Georgia considering the last day as a transfer day of the car and they will drop us to airport only no where else. And this information was not shared with us until the checkout time. Eventually we had lost 2 days of our trip because of their lack of coordination and management by the trip It representative. This was a very detrimental experience. AND if I were able to vote them ZERO stars I would have.

Fantastic experience: كانت من احلى الرحلات اللي جربتها وكل شي فيها منظم اشكر الاخت سمر والاخت ساره اللي نظموا ورتبوا لنا كل شي وكانوا على تواصل يوميا معانا انصح كل حد بهاذي الشركة والاسعار رمززززيه

Fantastic experience: من افضل الشركات اللي تعاملت معها بالسفريات و خصوصا الموظفات سمر و سارة كانو كانهم خواتي ضلو يطمنوا علينا بكل خطوة و معاملتهم جدا حلوة و مرتبين الله يسعدهم مثل ما اسعدونا ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you to Mr Davut who stayed in communication with me for the tours and transportation, such a gentleman. I can’t thank Mr Ahmet our private driver whom was so patient and good listener during our tours, so polite and well behaved and best of all communicate in Arabic!
