I was not a big fan of Concierge services as I had a previous bad experience with a world-famous service in the past, BUT Platinum Concierge proves to be the BEST in the market! As soon as we signed up, we were assigned with a professional concierge person who would immediately help in planning details of your future trips! I love that since I am a planner myself. Recently, I have booked a large family and friends’ trip and was so worried about the large amount of bookings and requests that would come from that. Adding to that, I received a lot of last-minute requests for lifestyle bookings and reservations on our trip, which would usually stress me out to plan and book at such a high season!! Platinum Concierge took all my worries away, they managed all my bookings; It ranged from booking various transportations for each group’s arrival and departure, to booking dermatologists appointments, best spa in town, as well as hair salon reservations and many more!! Platinum Concierge and their professional contact (Niveen) booked everything we had asked for and even worked out the MANY little details that I forgot to tell her about! She coordinated each plan with the best rates and times successfully!! I can’t describe how happy I am as I depended on them for everything and my whole family and I ended just enjoying our trip without worrying about anything else. I honestly believe that we have put our money worth in this service, as their level of friendliness, and respect cannot be bought with money. I would highly recommend this service to frequent travelers and people like myself; (who cannot afford to mess up a travel holiday by forgetting details of bookings and best price rates). Negative experience: They are deceiving. Promise to put your share time weeks for rental. But dont do it. They demand you pay fee for it.had a very bad experience with them since 2 yrs. Never they helped .I dont know what kind of business they are running in DXB .shame on them. They called me in jeddah and I dont know from where they get my number. A scam .
