Negative experience: Unfortunately it was not a good experience, a lot of headache, we had to call a lot to get proper information. Paid the package price 1 month before the travel date and I received the visa, ticket the day before the travel.... They said it's the ministry, but it never takes a month for the ministry to issue a visa. I tried to cancel and get ticket for later because the passenger had to travel to Manila from far and it was difficult to organize everything on the last day. Tried to talk to any manager but they didn't care. Suddenly visa was ready the last day... They "forgot" to add the meal and the baggage 20 kg (what was paid by me) so he traveled without food and clothes. The travel agent Ms Lyn didn't bother, no compensation that I had to buy all his clothes new etc. She was rudely advised me to say thank you that he arrived and not complaining about the service. Giving 2 starts only because he arrived after all the headache. Do not recommend them.
