Ensured there was no inconvenience throughout the trip. The hotels they booked were very good, accessible from city centre . They even responded when we had a query on Sunday. Negative experience: Very bad service, you can’t trust them with delivery not customer service. I was misfortune to work with them and on top of their delays, they consistently lied and didn’t refund me although refund was part of the deal. I wouldn’t advise to work with them at all.

Negative experience: Iam sharing the experience for Karama Branch which is just behind the post office and infront of wasl appartments. The first two stages of status change and immigration were very quick. The staff was experienced and helpful. However for stages post emirates id which is visa stamping I was misguided. It was a simple 2 day work and I was told a wrong status, I was directed to airport terminal 3, den satwa some mall for fingerprint requirement when my emirates id application clearly mentioned no such requirement. I was exasperated. I changed the amer centre and got the visa stamped within 2 days with a positive message from emirates id centre. I could have missed a deadline of 30 days post application of emirates id which would have costed me a lot of money(fines included)/time/energy

I thank Ms.Mamta Abhijit Pawar (Executive Customer Services), who supported me apply for my golden visa. She's very knowledgeable, polite and very professional. She exhibited the highest level of service one can get. No matter the time I messaged or called, she was always delighted to assist and guide me in the right way in my application process. Its been by far the smoothest process I have ever experienced in Dubai. I would also like to mention Mr.Azaruddin, the messenger responsible for providing services to my doorstep. He was so sincere and a thorough professional. Thank you, Amer UID Smart Services, Karama, and well done for having such a brilliant & efficient team!

Negative experience: The worst of the worst service, pathetic and if you need to waste your money, time and energy then come visit this center. No regard for the customer whatsoever. They wasted my 10 days in providing me the visa. Unlawfully dedication of money in the name of Bank Charges. People Do Not ever visit this place or do your Business here. Especially don’t approach Mamta. (She is not trustworthy)
