2 years ago Negative experience: Worst experience EVER!!! I would give ZERO stars if I could. Called to enquire about cruise ships. The number that is written in Google, pointed to a store in Khalifa. Firstly, I had to call around 3 or 4 times for somebody to pickup the phone. When they finally replied, the attendant didn't give any attention to me and pointed me to call their "head office" in another number. Not even a "Good morning", "thank you", anything. Customer services relationship is terrible. Then, I called the "head office". Same as the first number regarding to the amazing "care". Finally, the attendant said that they don't have any cruise ships, and as usual, not a "thanks", not a "sorry" not a suggestion, nothing. I am surprised how such company keep their doors open...

2 years ago Negative experience: Zero star for me! We have bene there two Times: the man Who is working there is very bad mannered! While we were asking information he takes a selfie and doesn’ t listen to me and my husband! We would like to book for a Travel in Thailand but i surely look for another Travel agency with a professional agent not like this unpolite and not preparated Guy Who wasn’ t able to answer to our questions and for THE SECOND time he doesn’t send us a preventive!
