Negative experience: I used the Dubai Insiders Company, with whatsapp number +971 50 343 4428, on 11/20/21, 11/22 and 27/21. On November 20, the transfer was made correctly from the airport to the hotel. On 11/22, we had a CITY TOUR programmed in the company Voucher for 08:00, we were at the reception at 07:45 to wait for the service. After waiting for more than 01 hour and desperate and stressed, I decided to look it up on Google and found the company's WhatsApp and I said they were late and you didn't even know which hotel I was and that there had been an internal problem! But, at 09:20 a man arrived who took us to another location, at 10:00. At the site there was another Mr. who would be the guide in “Portuguese”, as described in my voucher. The guy who called himself GUIDE was as “lost” as the 1st gentleman who picked us up at the hotel. The guide stopped in front of the Burj Arab, spoke for 15 minutes in Italian, then another 15 minutes in Portuguese and that's all. We went to a Mosque that I still don't know the name of, another 20 minutes and we left. Then we went by van for almost 01 hour and it was almost 12:00. We went to take the open boat, to visit the spice market and the gold market. the tour guide, who didn't tell us anything about DUBAI, simply booked 30 minutes so that the “alone” customers could see the gold market. Then he took the customers to the spice market and did the same, making an appointment to let the customers free. At 13:00, with everything very confused and all the customers ANGRY, he put some people in a car and others in the minivan. And inside the minivan there were 5 people who wanted to go to a mall and the guide, “I think” was hired by them, to take them and with that, he left the customers inside the van alone with the driver who didn't know anything. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The guide didn't do any tour, we just drove. The guide didn't know anything about history, culture. BAD GUIDE! Neide Dutra Travel Agency Owner
