Fantastic experience: I am really grateful to Routeit Sky Tourism for their exceptional service in securing a tourist visa to Georgia for my mother in law, who is an Indian citizen. I contacted this travel agency after seeing their instagram reel about their service to UAE residents who needs assistance in getting visas for their family members back in India. Right from the initial consultation to the final approval of the visa, they demonstrated utmost professionalism and efficiency. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the visa requirements and guided us through every step of the application process with clarity and patience. Because of them, our mom could travel with us from UAE to Georgia very easily. We didn't face any difficulty in getting immigration clearance in airport. Negative experience: Bad Service - Not so responsive attenders - Not at all keeping on their timings. Faced difficulties to reach them when we were at much needed guidance. No proper communication / information has been given before traveling, what we will go through at the other end.
